  1. Thanks for sharing your views on these items, The Penguin! This is a new approach to a review, and I must say I really like it
  2. Latest requests can be found here: Jill Valentine (front and back) in Yellow and Flesh Richter Belmont Seamus Finnigan Tom Riddle Slytherin Uniform Vos Teth head and torso Enjoy!
  3. Resident LEGO customiser The Penguin, in collaboration with decal designer commdr_neyo, shares with us the latest additions to his collection of custom Castle minifigures: the Crusaders of the Kingdom of Erathia, the Ambassador of the elven kingdom of AvLee and Gelu, the elven hero! (Click on the image to check these new awsome figures, or go to the Minifig Custmisation Workshop to see how this all began.)
  4. You'll find all the information about how to post pictures in this tutorial. Please always check the Index of Tutorials before starting a topic like this. We like to help our members, and some questions have been answered already
  5. Ok, here we go with the first batch of recent requests: Anakin torso not ripped Cedric Diggory 3rd Task Outfit (Based on the figure by tin7) Darth Malgus Face with Mask Count Dooku Clone Wars Dudley Dursley Female with Black Suit in Flesh and Yellow Gilderoy Lockhart Harry Potter without Scar James Potter (the reference pic was not very clear, so I had to improvise) Mace Windu Clone Wars 'Fantasy' Musketter Old Obi Wan New Rebel Pilot Vader White Shirt and Grey Tie Yoda Clone Wars The others will follow when I have more free time.
  6. Please, check your spelling when posting: 'It's been two weeks' for example. On the decals matter, do you have a deadline for these? Re-submitting your requests every few days won't acheive but to annoy people. Anyway, as a general note, I've completed a series of tasks that ate most of my time recently, so I might get back to making some decals soon-ish.
  7. What do you mean? Something like this Black Suit or like Agent Smith from The Matrix? Can you post/link reference images? Thanks.
  8. Ah, ah! You made it! I really like the way you managed the arms to make him/it hold the brush, and the use of the metal detector and big wrench parts is very clever Mind if I ask what's up next?
  9. The Squidbot is hilarious! Well done Hound Knight
  10. Pardon me, but I find this question a bit strange. Anyway, as long as TLG do not change the minifig parts, the print size will not need to be modified.
  11. Can't wait to see it!
  12. First of all, are you sure you clicked on the Save Changes button after selecting the file from your computer? A possible solution would be to up-load your avatar file on a photo sharing site (Brickshelf, Flickr, MOCpages and similar) and try to use the URL from there.
  13. PErsonally, I think it looks good. You have nothing to worry about
  14. It is not really that, but it is related to it. admDaggett's latest post before the one in this thread was in 2007, and since then we added the I'm New rank below the Vassal one. Every old member who did not post since the change had the same restrictions of the I'm New group by default, and only after he posted once he was rightfully moved to the 'new' Vassal group.
  15. You could try increasing the resolution of your image before starting to draw. Or save at a higher resolution from your drawing program. Do not increase the resolution of the finished (.jpg, .gif or .png) file because that would not help. Being resolution measured in dpi, i.e. dots per inch, the bigger the resolution, the more the dots per surface unit, the more the dots, the smother the line when printed (given the actual size of the image [in centimetres or inches] remains the same ).
  16. Very clever use of the parts on both the bot and the chair, Hound Knight! My only wonder is: what does power the Mk. II Auto Butler? Would seem it's steam-powered, and that could make for some serious blackening of Sir Angus McDodd's house!
  17. Neat custom dentist, CorneliusMurdock. Sure makes for an interesting twist on the Winter Village contest It comes from Clone Wars Anakin.
  18. Ok, I see your point. I had the feeling it could be this way, but was not sure bout it yet. igor, I've given you access to the PM system; I think it will be better if you and The_Customizer will discuss your project via PMs.
  19. Remember the LEGO motto: 'You control the action!'. That guy can be an aged Johnny Thunder for you if you so wish
  20. Hi drwhofreek, you certainly are new here. I'd like you to take some time to check the Memeber Guidelines you should have read before subscribing. Please pay close attention to the part about spelling, capitalisation and punctuation. You use a SMS or chat like language, but this frown upon on a board meant for AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO). I hope your future contributions will be more in line with our site policies. Thank you for your co-operation.
  21. I missed this thread earlier today, sorry. Hi igor, you seem to be new to Eurobricks and to the Minifig Customisation Workshop in particular. As Clone-Cat pointed out, we have a thread for decal requests called Decal Wish List. There you will be able to post your requests, possibly complete with reference images, and our decal designers will take care of completing them. As a general rule, all the decals made and posted here by members of this forum are considered 'free to use'. As far as I know, our designers do not charge other members for them (except for special projects that they arrage via the PM system [note - you won't be able to use the PM system until you become a Vassal at 10 posts]). In case you want to check before submitting your requests, you'll be able to find most of the decals produced here in the Indexes listed in this topic. Good luck with populating your town
  22. I'm sure your rude language won't solve the probelm. Please control yourself in the future. Thank you.
  23. Very nice police squad with great accessories! I wouldn't want to mess with them
  24. Good to see you back with awsome reviews, Hinckley I just miss the comic-styled part a bit This is a splendid set, full of great parts and some of my most longed ones: wings for minifigs, anciend idols heads and good old Adventurers' styled vehicles (I missed most of the old line, so it's good to see this theme come back to life)!
  25. This topic is for discussion about the latest releases from BrickArms Please, leave personal advertising out of it. Thank you.
