Hi Technic_addict...you can build the falcon up to where u can put on the landing gear...then you can use Efferman's stand and build the rest of the falcon around it. I could have done that but I already completed my falcon before my bricklink stand came in. It would be easier to build around the stand as it may take two people to put the completed falcon on the stand.

Can you post the .xml file from your bricklink for the stand? i couldn't get the efferman's file to work.

I had a problem uploading your file into bricklink... "The following errors were found in the file: Part not found in catalog. item No:18651"

How sturdy is it? would you post a video on how sturdy it is?

Hello Bricksmarlin, How are the new sublight engine modification connected to the new ucs falcon? I'm interested in doing the same? do you have a parts list?

Can you provide some detailed steps on how u set up the sublight engines? im interested in modding mine when I get my falcon. So far I have bricklinked the engine parts from the old set 10179, but i like your set up.

mine too. it got shipped out today. i might even stop by my local Lego store on Sunday and see if they get some in store, kinda want one sealed.

I have the same problem too...I ordered on 14 September at 0740 Pacific Time (Las Vegas, NV). My order status was on "waiting for new stock" for a week, today, it changed to "backordered". :(
