  1. Something else besides all the guild-builds. I build this for a contest on Lowlug. You had to make a vignette about a "clean-up" and I took that clean-up to a medieval level! Iconoclastic Fury The Iconoclastic Fury, is the destroying on a large scale of paintings, statues and other symbols in catholic churches by protestants wich started in 1522. Because the protestants believed it was a sin to pray to saints. Especially here in the Netherlands it leaded to irreversible damage to a lot of churches. The raids took place for about three weeks and leaded to a war with Spain wich lasted for 80 years. A priest hiding with a spanish soldier. Tearing up the place. close-up

  6. @Haltiamieli: Great tower en nice touch on the snowy waterfall! @Legoman273: Welcome to the guild! You've tried to make a Mitgardian look en it worked out well! And last but not least: Entry for the homestead challenge: Ondylion Houses
  7. Ondylion Houses The people of Ondylion are well known craftsman. They are especially good in making houses, wich can endure the cold winters off Mitgardia and will stand ground for hundreds of years.
  8. Great build, indeed something different! The space under the tower is a nice touch!
  9. Thanks for the great comments all! Thanks, for the offer! But our fishermen are always able the crack the ice for fishing Ofcourse, once you've tried our fish, you'll never want something else
  10. Thanks for the great comments all! and it's indeed based on the Borgund stave church, so it's as Norse is it can be;perfect for Mitgardia! I need my tiles for something else now, but if there are a few left, maybe I will make a nicer interior! Although it's all about the god not the flooring
  11. I like that you made the watchtower a lighthouse as well!
  12. It looks a lot like the one in the game, so well done!
  13. That's a great entry, the trees and rocks are well done. But I like that house the most, well chosen colors and those brown little windows are a nice touch!
  14. The snow is indeed perfect!
  15. Great tower, I like the ornamentation! And it looks like it can hold an attack off easily!
  16. The colors of the blacksmith are indeed well chosen, also repairing a cart instead of making weapons is a nice touch!
  17. Not any more: Mitgardian Ice Fishermen
  18. Mitgardian Ice Fishermen The winters in Mitgardia are very cold, so most rivers are frozen. But that's no problem for the tough Mitgardian fishermen. They punch holes trough the thick ice and start fishing in the cold. So even in the winter they can eat a nice fresh roasted or smoked fish. Or for trading ofcourse, because the fish from Mitgardian rivers are the best! Our proud fishermen Close-up Fish-Transport
  19. Thanks guys for the comments so far! Here's the result: Temple of Gyhnran Your right, I made something else instead of the crosses, it's simple to make and looks fearsome: Mitgardian Mythology: This sign represents the directions, North, South, East and West. So far does the power of the gods go. And the golden dots represents the eyes of the gods, they see everything. The wooden staffs in all directions represents the grandness of the gods. For those who requested instructions for making a copy of the catapults: Instructions 1 Instructions 2
  20. Temple of Gyhnran Mitgardian Mythology: Gyhnran, is the god of wisdom and strength. On his hippogryph he sees everything en with his mighty staff he rules all. So lots of people come to this sanctuary to get some wisdom and strength. Fishermen are coming here to ask for the right places to fish, farmers come here asking for the right time to harvest. Also all the women come here to ask for advice to raise the children. And ofcourse Mitgardian warriors are coming here to ask for help from Gyhnran. Temple of Gyhnran Temple of Gyhnran Temple-Guards, Priest/Druid, en a statue of Gyhnran. Inside of the temple

  22. Dude, you build fast! Really like the different houses you build.
  23. That's an amzing mill, the dark green stands out fine! And talking about dark green, wish I had that much dark green tiles! Alsso great work on the inside.
  24. It's still a work in progress, unless I don't find any time to change things, but here is the preview of my "sanctuary".
