6. wuntin's The Sunken Castle - 1 point ( What really stun me is the complete change of colour theme, it looks abandoned and historical. Your entry perhaps spends the longest time under the water.) 7. lisqr's Subs - 1 point ( I like the bubbles background and all the little details put in for the Subs.) 10. Spacy Smoke's Sunken City Corner - 1 point ( Love all the details, especially the shatter of glass effect ! ) 11. Thor Lund's Subvan Campicus SXF 2000 - 1 point ( The angle of putting the van, and the groups of fish make the whole scene more alive !) 15. Stardusty's Is it a Fish? - 1 point ( Small but lively ! The flippers make the LGM looks cheerful !) -
[MOC] Underwater Bank & Money Transfer 3661
Ninja Nin replied to Ninja Nin's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thank you, and yes somehow the bank is operational, the computer is working. I did attempt to put some organics on the police car, but it did not look nice together with the scene, so I broke it into half instead. Thank you and glad that you like it. I put the two slope pieces together and it looks like a smile. Glad that you notice it. Thank you and I like yours too. -
[MOC] Tokyo International Underwater Circuit

SUBS 2 Based on the streamlining, I guess McQueen will be much faster than Francesco in the sea, although he can't drift around corners now. Nice work ! -
[MOC] Underwater Version of 30070
Ninja Nin replied to Stardusty's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Well ... that's not a fiiiiiiiiiiiish, just the rubbish left by the dirty humans... possibly a Lizard costume !? Very well built, especially the bubble effect from the fish. Good luck ! -
Don't stand too long on the pipe, it may attack her ! So happy to see a Mario game's MOC, nice Goomba too. After Maria rescues Mario, Luigi and the gay princess from Bowser, Wario falls in love with her !!

May I ask, for category B , An interaction between the S5 figure with any other S1-4 figure is a must, right ? which means I can't possibly put the two of them on separated floors, while the two of them are not in the exact movie scene. (almost, but just not the same timing in the movie) And is there a minifig limit ? Is it limited to only official LEGO figures (including licensed ones as mentioned), but not the customized ? Thank you.

Instead of just showing you the photos, I would also like to share my design process and how I think when I build it. I was a big fan of Aquazone, and I always plan to bring a return MOC of one of those themes. (Yes, I am working on it, but I can't manage it within this action month! Sorry ) I pick up the Bank & Money Transfer set 3661 : which includes a bank, a money transport truck, a police car and a motorcycle. I planned to transform the bank into a hideout (possibly for the Aquasharks ! ) But with camourflage. So a piece of coral reef can possibly create that scenery: It covers part of the bank, the motorcycle and the police car. The police car was broken into half and could be a home for something. The bank will definitely need some defense, naval mines will be the best choice: A dead robber was found outside the bank, with his crowbar and several safes. Inside the bank, glass is all shattered, the desk is rusty, computer remains. The vault is full of the stolen crystals: Finally, a protector of the bank. I came up with the design of combining the Money Transport Truck with the Spy Shark 6135. But I understand the contest is not about adaption to underwater vehicle. There is plenty of space inside the Truck, how about something live in it : A monstrous Hermit Crab, plus the poor money transport agent..... The crystal vault will definitely attract the attention of some Aqua Scavengers, but the Hermit Crab can surely protect it : And here is the full set : Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy my creation. I would like to thank Eurobricks for organizing this Action Month theme and the contests. I really enjoy it.

Cecilie's Collectable Minifigures vignettes - series 5
Ninja Nin replied to Cecilie's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I am always a big fan of your modular display since series 1. Although some figures are repeating themselves, like skateboard, snowy, you still bring out the most creative vignettes for them all ! Great stuff ! I love the clown with the little cart, and the graduate ! Can't wait to see the next series !! -
The Underwater Version Entry Thread
Ninja Nin replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Underwater Bank & Money Transfer Set - Bank & Money Transfer 3661 Theme - City/Police Year Released - 2011 The LEGO City Bank, years after submerged in the widened ocean, remained its glory at the beautiful Coral Reef. Rogue Aquanauts once used the vault inside the bank for their stolen crystals. Naval mines were set for their defense. Mysteriously, they were all vanished. It was rumored that they were all killed by a giant sea creature. Two Aqua Scavengers headed to the Coral Reef in search for the crystals left in the vault. But they had never thought of what was protecting this haunted bank. None of them could imagine, the protector was the Money Transport Truck! With a gigantic Hermit Crab using it as its shell. Contest: The Underwater Version
Ninja Nin replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Does that mean no changes in the original theme colour, no futuristic aqua style of the set? We keep most of the elements of the set, basically a sunken version of it ? I hope I can get it right by now ! Cheers ! -
Contest: The Underwater Version
Ninja Nin replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I have one idea in mind - a fire station !! In case there is a fire under the sea ..... One question about modification of the set, how far can we expand the set ? I see there is no limitation of parts and minifigs. Can the entry be recognizable but in a larger scale, or just keep it similar as the set (or D2C) ? -

Underwater Action Themes Avatar Contest!
Ninja Nin replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Underwater Action needs villains ! And now, finally, the Stingrays have returned ........! Since there is no Stingrays tag in this contest, I am getting very angry and will hurt down all the Aquanauts !!!!!! (I have planned a MOC for stingrays return, (it is my favourite theme.) Looks like I have to finish it by this month .... ) -
It looks great ! Glad to see more Clone Wars vig !! You capture the intensity of battle so well with only a few clones ! Really nice !!

Least Successful Collectable Minifig
Ninja Nin replied to Mr. Elijah Timms's topic in Special LEGO Themes
S1 - Diver I think the Demolition Dummy is cool, it's the least you can imagine to have a minifig. The diver is just a bit dull. S2 - Traffic Cop and I got 3 of them !! S3 - Pilot S4 - Soccer Player S5 - Detective It would be better equipped with a more unique accessory than the magnifying glasses. Fitness instructor is cute, although she looks like a sister from S2 - Pop Star -
I left the Wookiees on purpose. I think it's more fun to put the new Ewoks as pelts. Sorry to the Ewok-lovers. And yes, the crystal skull is needed. But sadly, I don't have the ancient Mandalorian Neo-Crusader helmet. Then I think the batman one will do !

Thank you all ! I am glad that you enjoy it, I really enjoy building that. You star ! How can you remember that quote precisely ? In the episode the main one is a rancor, and there is a Krayt dragon at the side too. But I think it would be fun to put some easter-eggs, just like what they always have in Lego video games !
