It seems to me more like light yellow than tan according to this: http://www.brickiwiki.com/page/Lego+Color+Chart But maybe, I am not expert on Lego colors. Enclosed - left is tan, right is light yellow.

Here are few details from the picture, showing the yellow color (much lighter than the head of fig) and detail of separated floors (somebody was asking, if the top of pet shop is removable.

I saw only the front side of the box before, so the back side is nice surprise for me. Great it is finally out.

Great picture. Yet there are some things different on the real set - bay window does not go up to the roof, ends in second floor. Houses are switched (brown/orange is on the left, but that depends on the user). There is much less orange. Pet shop is on the floor level and brown house has higher first floor with stairs. There is big transparent shop window of the size of glass door, then glass door and then on the right are stairs to the upper level (so your pet shop building is mirrored) . PETS sign is above the door and shop window, not above stairs. There are 3 windows on the second floor of pet shop (2, 4, 2 studs) and 3 roof windows. L-Shaped is the brown house roof on the right side (the corner with the pet shop). Pet shop has the blue color even on the first floor - but the line in different color is there, just light yellow. Post box is inside the wall (next to the door of brown house). The roof is well done, very similar to the actual one. Do you mean 10218 or the one after that?

I think it is possible re-release. My source confirms that 10231 is going to be shuttle (yet he did not know what kind of shuttle).

How to say it - there are many windows on the front side, there is max 2 studs bricks between the windows. Pet shop has 2x1 bricks with trench (the same as is used in the fire-stations for garage doors) between the windows, that is why there is so little blue on front side. Brown has some orange tiles on these bricks and windows cover most of the front side. There is architecture element above both doors (stairs), do not remember the one above the town house (probably some skies), but over the entrance next to pet shop was a grey frog. There are flowers in front of many windows (remember the cookies in winter bakery?). The top of the building on roof had some grids, similar to cafe corner and green grocer, so the buildings will fit just fine between them. The roof windows are much smaller than CC or GG - I guess just 2x2. I am not sure about any special ornaments, yet there were some brown or black flowers used as ornaments on the brown/orange house (but it may be some other part, it looked like flowers on the wall to me). What I liked was the back side of the house - CC, GG, MS had nearly no windows on the back side (well, GG did have two next to the stairs), but this one does, including the back doors. My opinion is that they are pretty good to stand next to the previous modular houses - they will be no shame and the street will look pretty good with them.

Well, there was little girl, the hair described above, dark brown, repairing green bicycle (it was upside down in the picture). There was the worker, painting the wall next to the door of town house (I think the door was green, but not sure about it). That one had baseball cap (white) and blue working pants. There was man (light brown hair, green clothes) with cat on the pavement, I think giving bone to the dog plus woman leaving the stairs next to the pet shop with letter in hand, red clothes and the hair (hair was same as the woman in winter bakery). What I noticed was red post box in the wall of the building and lamp on the pavement. Did not see any other fig, maybe there will be someone inside the shop.

That's it. But it is dark brown. The woman's hair is the same as on the picture from bakery.

I was trying to find the cat from this set on peeron, yet I cannot find the color pattern. It is this one http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/6251 , but with light brown color (lighter than dog, cheeks white). EDIT: I think this is the one. The girl I think had dark hair with long braid (similar to Padme in Mos Espa race) and there is this hair on woman.

Saw the box - does not display more animals, maybe some more will be inside the shop. "Balcony" (or terrace) is like the one FollowsClosely showed - but on the other side of the building (next to the pet shop). For Lightningtiger: There was one more animal visible - a grey frog above the stairs to upper levels of the building with pet shop It seems to me that the shop is more likely selling toys and things for animals than selling animals themselves, as the cat, dog are outside on the pavement (I remember some bones and ball in the shop or in front of the shop). And one more thing - but I am not sure about it - I think that windows and some other parts of the pet shop house are done in this color. Now start the fight

To ease the waiting to the pictures - some more detailed info about the set (I think it would not harm so close to sale date). Looking forward to buy this set. I like that it has two buildings, so it can be placed between the older buildings. I like the size, as it will be the same as in the case of Market Street building (i.e. 6 studs pavement in the front and 8 studs backyard). The baseplates will be of green color. What I have seen (yes, I did see it), the pet shop building has a lot of the blue color (sides, back side), only the front has so little. The MOC of FollowsClosely is pretty close, well instead of pet shop, as there will be shop window and glass door and next to it will be stairs to the house upper floors(with mailbox, light (no light brick). The brown (with few orange tiles) house will have L-Shaped highest floor with some kind of balcony or how to call it, on the side towards backyard. At backyard will be some stairs to first floor and entrance to the cellar. Animals that I have seen - two parrots, dog (same as in new Police sets) and a cat with lighter color than the dog. 4 figs (one of them child), green bicycle. It seems that there are spiral stairs inside the brown/orange house. Black roof on the pet shop, dark red on the brown/orange one (plus removable flat top). Plenty of flowers at the windows (similar to cookies in Winter bakery).
