From the damages that were on mine it was obvious that the most damage came from the shipping. The envelopes had parts « poking » and because of their « rounded » shape they rubbed against other packages and in my mailbox Found the picture from last year:

Here not so much. Saturday at opening is not that busy for 1/2 hour so I have a few minutes ahead of the crowd:)

Hmmm ok. I just thought it was sometimes a weird coincidence and could be a marketing stunt in disguise:)

I actually siding know where I would be using mine because of the weird shape it has so I tried to get a nice one but eventually gave up. I mean we could have gone in a loop where they kept on sending me damaged ones. I don’t think lego customer service has a lot of power over what happens in the B&P warehouse.

I try to go early Saturday morning at opening. Not too many people:)

Last year I ordered huge trans purple window pieces (from legomovie bus) and they came in enveloppes, all scratched. Lego resent them twice as they were always badly scratched then I gave up. :/

I can’t wait to find out more about these. I’m most excited for the castle but if the prison build/style is nice I’ll get two (or three) and make a complete one.

I feel the same thing. Parents are like what is the bearded dude taking pictures of. I should make pins saying adult fan of lego and wear one. :) I try to never get in the way of the kids that play in the BAM but I stand there behind the kids waiting for a spot to dig in the bin. What I have been recently doing is instead of taking pictures I take videos and talk out loud while recording so they know I am vlogging. those pieces were not available in Laval store this weekend. I asked and the person was evasive: I don’t think we did receive them... they are probably in the back...:) will check again next weekend :)

Oops. Time will tell I am fairly new here (I mean I didn’t come very often here before) so I don’t know who are the users with more knowledge of what going on at TLG. I really believed what he said...maybe some of it is true like you said....

Yeah if I’m not mistaken a « new » user said that monkey kid was going to be buildings and a ship. But that user erased all of its posts and replaced them with a dot so I’m not sure we can rely on the info that was given

:) never noticed that fire chief cup:). I don’t have a clear idea like you of what I am building/will build so I just collect pieces and use them eventually in something. I am just not into technic parts.... I only have a few to complement the regular system bricks as they can be very useful

just a thought. What if it doesn’t end? I know It may mean nothing... but just saw this on Amazon: to be released in August. Quite late if we are indeed having the last wave this summer... we’ll see
