    #10020?

Well I managed to find a 10022 going for
  2. Well since you're the same age as me, people probably still think you're into all the Lego stuff (unless that's just me), being "children" and all :-D - Poomie
  3. Yup, it's been Saturday too here, for about 14 hours now XD Timezones ON! - Poomie
  4. Well I had a 7 year "dark age". The last time I ever had Lego, was when I was 6; then, one of my friends reminded me of how great Lego can be. So I went to the store and bought some Lego. I don't care what people think when I buy the stuff. It's a hobby, after all. It's fun. Well, just let your money build up, and put your Lego in the attic or something, until the time comes that you want to use them. Like said before - don't get rid of it. You'll regret it, like I did. I binned all of my Lego 7 years ago, because I thought I was getting to old to use it >.< - Poomie
  5. W00t! I managed to build #10025 & #10020 on August the 10th. Damn, Lego is getting older, but everybody still loves it :-) - Poomie
  6. Sounds nice; though USD isn't my thing :-( Well, got any more info on those kits? - Poomie

Yeah, there's no doubt on this one; it's a real beaut. Just having it sit on my soon-to-be-finished circuit around my Lego City looks amazing XD 'Tis beautiful; though obtaining 3 10022s' will eat away at my
  8. Yes, I've looked at that. I'm debating whether to get my parents to buy the pieces I need to convert 3 10025s' into 3 10022s'. But that, too, will take up a lot of coinage :'-( - Poomie

  12. Hi guys. I recently purchased item #10025, the Santa Fe Cars Set 1, and now I'm in need of 3 Santa Fe Cars 2 (#10022). I can only pay in GBP (

    >.< Snap. Well then I'll have to order the pieces either seperately, or off of EBay or something. Damn; I couldn't find a date on that damn catalog XD - Poomie

I'm sure it came in the box everything that was shipped in. I'll go have a look. OK, I'm back. The "Official Lego Train Catalog" was lying around in the bottom of the shipping box. That means that I will be able to get the #10022 in September, very hopefully. Yes, I think I will get myself all of the carriages; it does look super cool ^^ But wouldn't that put strain on the motor, no? I mean, the weight of the trains XD - Poomie

    #10020?

The #10020 and the #10025 arrived a few hours ago. I built them both up, set up a quick circle of track, and I must say; it is a beautiful train! I got a booklet in my box, and it said that the #10022 will be avaliable in September. Well what I'm going to do is this; I have a mail car at the front, just behind the engine. I will put a baggage car behind that, then the dining car, followed by the observation car. What I noticed, is that it is a little top-heavy. If I corner too fast, it will start to tip. Go faster, and it falls over. Luckily, only the roof of the mail car came off :-) I'm sure the full train, when completed, will look just fantastic; by the time that comes, all of the railway will be complete; station and everything. - Poomie
  16. Sir Dillon got my vote; a flying Hinckley with an axe-like object XD Fantasticness :-P - Poomie
  17. Not in the UK they won't :-P - Poomie

Some more news; I tracked the package this morning and it was sent out for delivery at 7:19am from the North West London Depot. Should be here possibly lunchtime, or a little later. Parcels' ON! - Poomie

    #10020?

Well I only am planning on buying 2-3 carriages for the train; I'm mainly going to be using it for carrying parcels' and packages around the small town of Hawkston for its' residents. When the time comes for a passenger train, I will only be topping 3 carriages. - Poomie

    #10020?

Well, just to keep you guys informed; my order is now in England. Has been since 7pm. I'm expecting it tomorrow or the day after ^^ Then I'm going to be ordering #7997, and MODing it into a custom railway station. I've also MODed my #7945, and there is some track running behind it. Yay! Lego on! - Poomie

    #10020?

Well I just read through some 10020 instructions on converting it to a 9V train, and it seems pretty straight forward. On another note; my dad, who works for Royal Mail, just checked the tracking on my order. It left Germany this morning, and I'm guestimating that it'll be here in a week, tops. Damn, those guys sure work fast. Even if Germany is about 600+ miles away 8-| - Poomie
  22. I voted for UBs' Modular Firehouse (:-P) I'm going to definitely "borrow" the design; and the door looks fantastic :) I should look great in lil' old Hawkston ^^ But 'twas a tough decision; great entry, PaulC :-) *wub* Modularity ON! - Poomie

    #10020?

Damn, you might just have lost me. So if I was to just put a 9V motor into the 10020, it should be good and well? (Just replacing the front wheels with the motor?) And a silly question, but does the 10020 and the 10025s' wheels turn when cornering? =P I have no plans on converting the 10025 to a 10022, though. Thanks, - Poomie

    #10020?

The motor is definitely a must have. I have a motor ready, and I have to wait about 2 weeks for it to come, because of the pick-a-brick. But so worth it ^^ So to anybody that's motorized it, did you encounter any problems in the motorize-ation? - Poomie
