  1. Wow my first SW blog, thanks! It is interesting that you mention BaronSat, a lot of the inspiration is from his style of builds, he is truly a pioneer in MOCing
  2. Not a lot of bricks used for that 1 picture but very effective, really like maul's robe
  3. Thanks heaps! Thanks, I reckon Dewie can do with some refinement so will hold off on any instructions until then
  4. Great work, that's a lot of detail for a small vignette, good job
  5. OK so the first couple pictures is kind off cheesy but the rest of it is great, that mini sandcrawler and jawa look really good
  6. execution could probably do with some polishing but the whole idea is brilliant, this would make a great TLG set
  7. Anyone seen the dc funhouse set in shops anywhere in oz yet?
  8. Very nice little swoop, great stuff
  9. Thanks for the positive comments so far everyone! Sorry no instructions as of yet Yes the round tan piece is suppose to represent mouth/teeth Yes for sure, at the moment the head is the only part that is hinged, making the legs and tail move would be the next evolution of the build, definitely something to think about
  10. This is a great breakthrough for MOC'ers, that figure looks like some kind of technician, congratulations to the OG builder
  11. Hey all, I have done a moc of the classic Dewback for the awesome looking new 9490 sand-troopers to ride on. Of course we already have the Dewback that comes with the retired 4501 Mos Eisley Cantina but these are expensive and rare so I thought a purist version would make an interesting little project. Just for a bit of fun I have added a poll to engage what the members opinions are on this version versus the OG, as usual CC welcome, enjoy Link to larger pictures here - flickr dewie Comparision picture between 4501 OG (left) and Dewie MOC (right) Now that we have the serious stuff out of the way it's party time sand-trooper style!
  12. OK thanks, even for a midi it looks clunky compared to what it is suppose to be which is a ultra slick looking star fighter
  13. Those are some monstrous SW builds, I won't be there so won't bother entering but good luck to those that are, may the force be with you
  14. Have not see the funhouse at TRU OZ yet
  15. Was looking at the other entries on FBTB, what an awesome competition, where was I when this was going on, definitely will enter next year!
  16. Just picked up from eBay 9392 TIE fighter for $56 cool ones
  17. Um I have no idea what that is suppose to be, do you have reference pictures?
  18. Wow those engines are monster and I like the hot rod look of the pod, great stuff!
  19. Just added Black Protocal Droid ($14.95) and 10221 Dengar ($13.95) to the collection

That's not to far off, great job!
  21. Very impressive, that thing looks huge, get some figures in there so we can appreciate the scale more
  22. Nice little pod-racer, interesting theme, simple but effective, good job
  23. Nice execution, not sure if the whole death-star shape suits cloud city though
  24. Interesting idea, is there a reason why the dragons are different colors or did you just run out of bricks?
  25. Beautiful double level build, great details, love that giant window
