    US get sets cheaper than almost everywhere else. It's only fair that you have to wait longer. From all of us here in the UK, I say 'It's about damn time'. That being said, we get sets earlier alot of the time. But we still have extortionate prices to contend with.

    The new hair pieces are realistic. Back when I went to school I can remember at least 1 person with each of those hair styles. As the ninja are high school students in the movie, it is fitting. And I like the new masks- more oppertunity for customisation. I think that people are too quick to hate things that are new and different. If you slate lego for trying something new, eventually they'll stop trying. So just embrace the new changes instead of adopting an 'I hate it all because it's different to what I'm used to' attitude. Remember, you're all adults- not teenage internet trolls. It's a new take on the character. Get used to it.

    You're only quoting June releases though. The issue is only prevalent in August sets so far so chances are that the issue occured between these two productions. Hence june sets all got their dual molds and August sets didn't.

    I think that it's not that lego didn't want to give the minifigs dual moulded legs but instead that they couldn't. The new jungle garmadon for the ninjago movie line also lacks dual moulded legs and it really needs them as he appears to have a bare butt otherwise due to the black nature of his 'skin' colour . I think that Lego have encountered a problem in the manufacturing process that is preventing them from making dual moulded legs. So the problem is likely technical as oppose to laziness on the designers part.

    Does anyone know if the jungle garmadon has duel molded legs or if it's just a print on the front of black legs like they've done for the justice league batman??

    I don't like the way that the upper torso overhangs over the sides of the lower one. Looks disjointed.

    I might actually pick up the small set now, in addition to the kai mech and Destiny's bounty just so that I can have multiple Smiley Zanes.

    Zane is in the cheapest set so I guess you can buy many of them if there is not a Zane poly bag.

    That's a valid point. With studios upping the ante, releasing all of these movies and all, it means that we'll be getting fewer and fewer comic-based waves. That totally stinks as the comic based stuff is typically better than the movie lines. With the brighter colour palate and all.

    I would think that It's probably the laser pointer. The crystal seems too clichè. The crystal probably a misdirect during the temple scene in the movie so that the actual reveal that the ultimate weapon is a laser pointer can serve as a joke whilst paying homage to the original LEGO movie.
