Excellent review. The bank itself is disappointing as it is incredibly small. The vehicles are nice. If you have enough police cars, the police car looks good in white without the stickers as a civilian vehicle. The bank has great play value but should have been wider. - Michael

Amazon is offering a minifigure too. Does anyone know if it is the same as this one? They are also offering a $10 Amazon credit with the pre-order.- Michael

Thank you all for the very kind comments. I wish TLG had made a smaller Batmobile as I found the larger size did not have much play value. My son gets a lot of use out of this one, so I believe he much prefers the smaller size. - Michael

Unless the minifigures were modified in some manner, I imagine new Batman releases would bring down the prices of the old figures and sets, e.g., would a new release of Joker impact the $45 price tags that are fairly common? Does Lego concern itself with the collectible value of previous releases when contemplating bringing them back to market? Did it impact Harry Potter as someone mentioned it was put on hiatus? Perhaps not though, if it was known it would return. - Michael

This is true. Many parents and grandparents seem to feel the box has to be as impressive as the price tag. Too small a box with too large a price may reduce casual sales.- Michael
