  1. Thanks for the preview! So, not even the windscreen is printed?
  2. Thanks to my dear brother in law, my castle received a slightly more terrifying surrounding: Lego Castle - The Old Monastery by Ichthuz, on Flickr
  3. Thanks for the comments De Gothia: Thanks! I will give some thought to participate in GoH. And if I do, Avalonia will, of course, be my faction
  4. Thanks for the comments, I'm glad you liked it :) I'm actually not that familiar with the Classic Castle forum and their competitions. Can you send a link? I've worked with this project for about a month. But I've spent much time building it, since I currently work with an essay and have much spare time. Actually I don't have any idea how many bricks I've used, but maybe around 5000. In the Swebrick forum, I used the name "The Old Monastery" for the project.
  5. My entry for Swebrick's competion "Scary Castles and fortresses". Thanks to de Gothia and Derfel Cadarn for inspiration. You can find more pictures at my flickr.
  6. Amazing! You really have a grasp of Asian architecture!
  7. That's awesome! The cliffs are just amazing!
  8. Thanks for the review! The set is indeed awesome. I agree with Callmepie, this may be the best castle ever released by Lego. The price is, even in Sweden, quite fair.
  9. 1 Elephant, new or old mold 2 Sheep 3 Deer 4 Lion 5 Falcon ... and a centaur mold :)
  10. I've actually been a member of EuroBricks for about a year, so I'm not a "new" member. Now I plan to go from lurker to hopefully become an active member. I've always liked Lego, but during 2002-2010, I had a gray period. My favorite theme has always been Castle, but I'm also interested in many other themes. When I don't build with Lego, I study history, history of ideas and art history at Uppsala University.
