  1. Heaps of places in Vietnam Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Los Angeles, California Cairns, Australia Townsville, Australia Melbourne, Australia Australia... Australia... Australia... Soon to get stamped for entering Sydney, Abu Dhabi, and Brussels on my way to Sweden and Denmark.
  2. Happy Birthday ImperialScouts!!! I don't have a cake for you either... I choose to eat some Black Forest Tim Tams on your behalf.
  3. This piece, I got it from the Shrieking Shack set I love love love it. Printing! That piney wood grain effect just melts my heart. Just a beautiful design! Who doesn't love this piece? Fabuland arch... just gorgeous. I am soooo glad it has made it back into some sets recently. Also this baby, it takes me back to my first Pirate sets as a small child.
  4. Happy Birthday Teddy!
  5. I'd like a blue Ice Cube Tray tag.
  6. It was merely a joke Denni... a reference to Ras' last title "Likes to sniff cut cheese slopes" Hahaha!
  7. Can you please make that 2 EN's Doc? (if they have them in stock) one for me and one for Dennis. I think it is a good place for me to start with trains before the new Hogwarts Express comes out ... it is not something I really want to do as it is a very slippery slope. But Amelie is OBSESSED with trains and also with my LEGO so I think it is about time.
  8. Just to quote a few others this really is a very sweet and cute gift, very thoughtful of you to make this about them. Your friends probably don't know how lucky they are to get soooo many cool pieces in one MOC. You have done a really great job of separating the two sides of their lives I think, and have used some great ideas like the 1x1 tile for the iPhone and the (cut) cheese slope (did you sniff it first?) for the ring box. Very nice touches indeed! I really like the kneeling part too, but you are very mean to tease them in such a way. I hope they enjoy the gift presentation as much as what you will be putting in the drawer. Now like lightningtiger said... "back to men stuff" quickly build something something something Star Wars you nerd, before the orange and magenta flowers get to you.
  9. Awww this is such a cool MOC Etzel. I really really like it, as I was scrolling down the photos I was wondering if there would be an interior. And I was not disappointed, it is really cool, the perfect amount of detail in such a small place. I really like the furs too, very nice touch. The green roof it so awesome in my opinion. It have been proven that grass/moss is a really great insulator, something they would definitely need in the Rockies! Very cool indeed!
  10. Great idea Brickster, this should be pretty fun for everyone to participate in. Lady in red: "Did Jamie Berard touch that plate?" Lady in grey: "Why of course, everything LEGO Jamie touches turns to gold." Aaaaand we are back to the stalking again.
  11. Happy Birthday KimT!!!

  13. Angus and Julia Stone -
  14. That's okay Sieggy, we all have those days! Take a holiday in April and come to the EB Event... hmmmm? So I did build the sports car... well as much as I could with out the separate little baggy. It took about 15 minutes tops. Sorry Zuloo, do you mind if I send you this set built? Hahahaha! It is still MISB, Mint In Sealed Box Bag.
  15. Please do Sieggy! Thanks a million! I think I will try to do another next time a have a few free hours. Sucks that the little red sports car doesn't have a bag in a bag, I will still try that one I think, but it won't have any of the lights or fancy bits.
  16. Hey I did that one too! Hahaha! I think putting the studs on the jumper plates, in the last steps was pretty damn hard, those studs are slippery little suckers. But I did find that the parts I thought would be the hardest like the tap pieces were pretty easy actually.
  17. Cool! I'm sure someone will be nice enough to merge this for me! Just when I thought I had an original idea! Hahaha! Not really... I thought there was a thread somewhere but for the life of me I could not find it!
  18. What official LEGO sets (NOT RACERS) can you build in a bag? Share you stories and pictures here of any sets you have built whilst still in the UNOPENED bag? I recently purchased the Indy Canal Chase set and had built half of it, but still had bag 3 (Indy's boat) unopened and my best friend challenged me to try building it while it was still unopened. I have never tried this before but thought it was a pretty fun thing to do so I took him up on it. This bag contains around 130ish pieces and has 33 steps to complete it, which was pretty adventurous for my first try, but I finished in around 2 hours and 15 minutes. I wasn't really timing myself exactly but that is pretty much it, give or take a few minutes. Here are the pictures of the boat, COMPLETED while still in the bag. There was a smaller poly bag inside this one that I had to open as well, probably the hardest part of the whole thing. Well apart from getting 5 pieces from finishing and realising I had missed step 11. D'oh! Easily fixed though! Haha! There is three spare pieces, 2 studs and 1 1x1 tile (Can anyone confirm that is correct?) As you can see a lot of the printing came off the bag, my fingers were pretty much black when I had finished.
  19. What a beautiful little MOC Mariann, you are right I think about adding the child in, he really is very cute! The Dad catching the boot is a very nice touch, it made me laugh. Why are there so many boots in the oceans and lakes I wonder? If that is where all the missing boots go, I wonder where all the missing socks go?
  20. Welcome to Eurobricks Lee! It seems that we are collecting quite a... collection of witty members here on EB! You will fit in quite nicely I think. I laughed a lot reading your introduction. Looking forward to seeing some of your work, censored might be best (even though that is no fun)! Cheers, IZ

  25. Wow Connor! That turned out really brilliantly! I love the sails and rigging you can really tell you put a lot of effort and attention to detail into them. I hope everyone at Brickvention appreciated seeing the good ship Grandeur. Thanks for letting Minifig Iz help man the helm too. I better say sorry to Zorro for walking in on him. Too funny!
