If you have the money for the next few months, you are going to get the falcon sooner or later. Patience is the virtue. And If you don't like what Lego is doing, solution is simple. Don't buy their product. And if many consumers do the same and Lego's profit drops, although I highly doubt this, Lego will learn and change. simple market economics and no need for all the drama. Me on the other hand stayed up all night onthe 14th, struggled with the internet like everybody, and didn't get the falcon, but I am actually enjoying all this hype. This all will make my acquiring and building of falcon more satisfying.

Even if Luke is included in the Ucs millenium falcon, I am pretty sure he will be included in other future Last Jedi sets.

You are right. My bad, overlooked that part. There is a double VIP point promo from May 4th to 7th on Lego Star Wars items and access to selct sale items

Just checked the May calendar at my local Lego store, R2D2 Polybag is confirmed as this year's May the 4th figure, and I don't see any double VIP point promo, but there's an extra 50 pts promo for 75171&75172 purchase during May.

I think that 10188 was an extremely well-made model of DS, close to perfect as a lego playset. All the right play features, capturing most of the important scenes from the movie, the reasonable choice of minifigures, most importantly sturdy lego builds... Little can be done to make things better since it was already pretty close to perfection. Outershell is a minor issue at best, and I even personally think it is better off without the shell, I'd rather see the iconic scenes from the movie in clear view when on display. And although the new DS may look somewhat similar to the old one, I bet there are many new enjoyable features and builds in the new DS that even the old owners of 10188 can appreciate. I just hope that they release the descriptions of the new DS to the public soon.
