First, buy some roadplates. Then, get some ($) and buy some houses, like the holiday house, and creator house. Buy a train station, gas station, and any other buildings avaible. If you want, buy cafe cirner/market street and make some moc extensions for them. Yeah, its a lot of ($), but thats how to have a large town I guess.

It can be a resturant, or a hotel. It will be based on quality, and neatness. If its possible, coul this one is schedualed first, as I do not plan on doing the SigFig Vig till mid 08?? Thanks!
