  1. And for extra bonus points, update the ones who are on quests with their current level.
  2. Well, I might be stuck with Necromancer for a while even if I want to go Archmage simply due to lacking a suitable weapon for an Archmage. So we'll see.
  3. Thanks! Now I just need 40 GP to get the veteran's badge and then it's time to go Archmage.
  4. Namyrra consumes her level-up shroom OoC: also, since one gets 0.2 levels per battle after reaching level 40 Namyrra's level should be 40.2, not 40.25.
  5. "And that's it, now I think I have enough undead to start sweeping through the easier areas." Namyrra gives back the cobweb cowl to Docken "Thanks for this, of course it turned out that I didn't need it, but I'm sure I would have if I didn't have it." Namyrra then equips her ethereal cloak and swaps her Fanged Helm for the Gold Dragon Crown. "Once we've finished dividing the loot, and then resting at the Sanctuary, I suggest we head to the Derelict Windmill to get a hopefully easy battle there. Also, I think we should use the On the clock challenge every battle from now on."
  6. OoC: so.. any chance for an update soon? Pretty please with sugar on top?
  7. Crap, you're right, thanks for pointing that out. (though it really just makes things a lot easier)
  8. OoC: there seems to be a couple of errors here. In round 9 Namyrra did an unarmed attack against Mushroomhead A that hit, but the damage listed is 19, the damage should have been 39, since Namyrra is level 39 and encouraged, and encouraged cancels out the divide by 2 from back row. So Mushroomhead A should have been at 75 health after round 9, not 95. And then the same error in Round 10, so after round 10 Mushroomhead B should have been at 82 health (131 - (39+5+5)) So current health after round 11 should be: Mushroomhead A: 55 Mushroomhead B: 72 Mushroomhead C: 110 Kinda would have liked Namyrra to do 19 damage instead though, it would have made things much easier. "Okay, I think we can still get the sweet drops from all of them, but it will require a bit of coordination in this next round." "Master Johon, you should make an unarmed attack on Mushroomhead B from the back row, you have a pretty decent chance of doing the right amount of damage to it. Master Docken, I think it's safe for you and me to start throwing water bombs now and just keep doing that until we're done." OoC: Jimbee, if the plan above works out this round please just autoroll that we throw water bombs until we're done, we have enough. If Johon (despite his 66.67% chance of doing 32 damage) doesn't damage the mushroomhead please repeat his unarmed attack until he does damage, and then switch to him throwing water bombs too. And obviously, once someone runs out of water bombs they just do nothing. Namyrra throws a water bomb from the back row. OoC: right, guess we might as well get started on my evil plan after this battle then.
  9. Haven't looked too closely, but I'd guess the old minifig legs at the front might be the oldest? Super-nice MOC too, some really neat parts usage here, such as the guns+telescope back legs, and then the lever bases to round off the legs, very nice.
  10. Then it might interest you that I have plans for a quest that takes place in Fenario. I do need to sort my bricks first though, so it won't be any time soon. Looks like that's another minifig I must get, it is indeed a very fitting head for a Fenarian. It's also really cool how you've taken the very little information I've provided about Fenario and expanded on it while still managing to stay within my ideas for the race and society without me saying anything. Guess that either means you're really clever or incredibly lucky, because I'm pretty sure it's not because I've described things well. That being said, if anyone wants to expand on Fenarian lore be my guest, but if you're going to make any claims about how Fenarian society is organized or what Fenarian architecture looks like please check with me first, I have quite a few ideas about those things, and I do want my lore to be consistent.
  11. "Right, that could have gone better, but we're on the right track. Master Docken, I think you can start throwing water bombs too now, I'll be damned if I'm not going to get any undead out of this battle, so I'll try a few more unarmed hits against Mushroomhead B, and then hopefully be able to focus enough to raise all these fallen monsters to our side. And it will have to be Mushroomhead B because that will require fewer hits to get to the right amount of health left." Namyrra makes an unarmed attack at Mushroomhead B from the back row.
  12. OoC: indeed, the fact that the mushroomheads are demons is most frustrating, but I believe the current plan can work. Docken will do 116, 96 or 20 damage if he does damage, so either he brings Mushroomhead B down to a multiple of 5, or he removes a multiple of 5, which also works. We might be in trouble if Docken rolls Aim twice, or if he rolls Aim this round, and then Critical Hit in the next, but I hope that won't happen. For Namyrra the perfect result now would be Raise Undead this round, and then a critical hit or a hit in the next round. And Johon should just throw waterbombs until the battle is over.
  13. "Right, I think I have an idea for how to kill those pesky mushrooms in as exact a way as possible so we get the juicy drops, it will take a while though." "But first, just let my undead finish off that stinking slug." Magic Carp A and Crab A kill Thug Slug B ((66+40)*2=212, -2 ether) "Now, about those mushrooms.." "Master Docken, you should shoot Mushroomhead B, master Johon, start throwing those waterbombs, we have a ton of them, and they're the only way we have of being sure how much damage we're making. And I for one really do want one of those level-up shrooms, something I believe you gentlemen would like too." Namyrra makes an unarmed attack on Mushroomhead A from the back row.
  14. "Master Johon, excellent work, now we can easily kill that thing, and then we should soon have only these silly mushrooms to worry about!" Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix, Aquaphant and Crab A attack Thug Slug B ((66+66+45+41+40)*2=516, -5 ether) Wind spell at Glow Widow D from the back row OoC: and Namyrra should be lucky now.
  15. OoC: Glow Widow D is blind, so I shouldn't have taken any damage. Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix, Crab A, B, Gloom Widow A and Death's Rose A kill Glow Widow B. (66+66+45+40+40+33+15=305, -7 ether) Aquaphant, Crab C, D, E and Gloom Widow B attack Glow Widow D (41+40+40+40+33=194, -5 ether) Namyrra drinks a Nostrum
  16. Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix, Aquaphant, Gloom Widow A and Tangleweed A kill Glow Widow E (66+66+45+41+33+25=276, -6 ether) Crab A, B, C, D and E attack Glow Widow B (40*5=200, -5 ether) Wind spell at Glow Widow D from the back row
  17. "Right, so I don't want to waste unnecessary ether totally killing Glow Widow A when it will be counterstruck to death when trying to deal a free hit afterwards. Still feels a bit wasteful to use all the crabs, but there's nothing better to use the last for I think. Master Johon, it would be very helpful if you could attack using your gladius instead, that way you might be able to make the Thug Slug fragile, and then my undead can kill it in just two rounds." Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix, Aquaphant, Crab A, B C, D and E attack Glow Widow A (66+66+45+41+40+40+40+40+40=418, -9 ether) Wind spell at Glow Widow E from the back row
  18. Personally I prefer being able to deal 3408 damage to any non-ethereal enemy (and 1704 to ancient ones) rather than being able to deal 15104 damage to very specific ones though.
  19. "Yes, that was the plan." Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix, Crab A, B and Tangleweed A kill Thug Slug A ((66+66+45+40+40+25)*2=564, -6 ether) Crab C, D and E attack Glow Widow A (40+40+40=120, -3 ether) Wind spell at Glow Widow E from the back row
  20. "Master Johon, great work getting that thug slug fragile, now we can kill it in just two rounds!" Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix and Aquaphant attack Thug Slug A ( (66+66+45+41)*2=436, -4 ether) Namyrra uses an ether core.
  21. "Hah! Good riddance!" Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix, Crab A,B,C,D and E kill Serpivine C (66+66+45+40+40+40+40+40=377, -8 ether) Gloom Widow A, B, Aquaphant, Tangleweed A,B,C,E, Frog A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H and I kill Serpivine D (33+33+25*4+41+19*9=378, -16 ether) Wind spell at Glow Widow C from the back row. "Master Docken, I guess you'll be switching to a different Glow Widow now that you've blinded the first one?"
  22. "Master Docken, that is indeed a good point, just so long as we can avoid me taking a free hit from a Slug, but seeing as master Johon is lucky I think he should be reasonably safe in attacking one of them."
  23. OoC: Namyrra should be Reinforced, and have one Ambrosia less. "Right, let's leave the mushrooms alone, I haven't yet found a sure way to kill them exactly, but I'm sure I'll come up with something, and they look too yummy to let get away." "Gentlemen, I'd suggest you target the two thug slugs while I take care of this silly spider-thingie. And I guess I might actually have to use an ether core to replenish my ether some time this battle, getting rid of these annoying serpivines will require spending quite a bit of ether, but we need them gone quickly, so there's no way to avoid it." Magic Carp A, B, Phoenix, Crab A,B,C,D and E kill Serpivine A (66+66+45+40+40+40+40+40=377, -8 ether) Gloom Widow A, B, Aquaphant, Tangleweed A,B,C,E, Frog A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H and I kill Serpivine B (33+33+25*4+41+19*9=378, -16 ether) Light spell at Arachophobia from the back row.
  24. "Actually master Docken, might it not be better if I borrowed your Cobweb Cowl for this battle? That way I can take on the Arachnophobia, since you know, I can actually kill the damn thing with just one good hit? I'll have to attack an enemy that's almost the same level as it anyway, so me taking damage will have about the same effect regardless of what enemy I attack." OoC: Jimbee, please don't repost the battle until we've cleared this up. If Docken agrees to lending Namyrra his Cobweb Cowl Namyrra will equip it in place of the bravado boots.
  25. "I think I'll use another ambrosia before we enter the battle again. "
