  1. Back in 2020, a new hero team arrived in Lego Universe, when the Super Warrior appeared in the CMF Series 20. Unfortunately, no teammates showed up during these three years. No blue. No green. No White. No one. I was really excited to get this sentai inspired team in Lego form, but it never happened. Do you recall other cases of a minifig that could trigger a mini theme in CMF releases but didn't happen?
  2. I still don't know what to think about the new Camper 60283. It´s a replica from the 60057, but with different front design. I don´t mind when LEGO reboots a set, but it does bother me to have a precedent of making a whole new set by just a small design change. On the other hand, as far as I can see on the picture, the small change is a huge improvement. Maybe it's too much analysis for a small set, but I'm a Lego Camper collector and 60057 was a formidable build.
  3. Huge news!!!! Considering LEGO isn't going deeper on other DC major locations like a Daily Planet or a Hall of Justice, a CMF Series sounds great so we can get minifigures without buying another Bat Mecha or Bat mobile or Bat Copter. Moreover, it's a great opportunity to see lesser know superheroes or tie in some missing ones from previous times, like Kid Flash or Saturn Girl. So thrilled!
  4. I mostly concerned on the release date... I'm travelling to USA during the first days of April, just need this Fig already released by then. LEGO in Argentina always arrives late and expensive
  5. Strongly agree! My inner child can't wait to get this and finally get all the super heroes from my time. The same thing happened with Green Lantern, specially regarding both were first released only at SDCC and a long wait until a set released. To me, it's DC closure. Anything coming from now on will be a pleasent surprise. My non existing minifigures list just went extint! Now, we need the buildings. Hall of Justice, Daily Planet, S.T.A.R. Labs, Flash Museum!
  6. Modulars are like a new album of one of your favourite bands. With so many expectations, first it doesn't seem to fit, but once you revisit it, you start to like it.
  7. This pics show a different look of the building, maybe even better than the official ones: http://valbrick.com/2018/12/03/anunciado-el-nuevo-modular-10264-corner-garage/
  8. Didn't like it at first, but it's growing on me. A must buy!
  9. Hi everyone, my name is Rodrigo, from Argentina, and I'm a silent reader of all your opinions, discussions and ideas. They are very constructive for my plans regarding building modulars and the planning of my city. When I saw there were four new pages in this thread, I thought: "Finally, LEGO revealed it!", but it's good to see a countdown. So much anxiety!
  10. I believe the BTTF sets keep coming because there is a certain demand that LEGO finds appealing. The thing is they don't even double the bet with a new set, not even a remake of the Delorean Time Machine. Anyway, I understand it's too much to ask, just though they could do a little better, using more scenes from the film, not only the Twin Pines Mall scene.
  11. Hi! My name is Rodrigo and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I grew up watching the Back to the Future trilogy, and I believe it’s just a perfect set of films. The moment I heard there was going to be a LEGO set with the DeLorean featuring Marty and Doc, it was like a dream come true. It was a must buy, no questions asked. The minifigures were absolutely fantastic, even though the Cuusoo time machine wasn’t my favorite build. No windscreen? Why?? Nevermind. LEGO and BTTF together, can’t complain. A couple of years later, we got a couple of LEGO Dimensions sets. This time, very little to build, a new hair piece for Doc Brown (much more accurate btw), and a brand new hoverboard for Marty, which is fantastic. The thing is Marty and Doc had the same torso and legs design from the Cuusoo set . Couldn’t they try another designs? Never mind. Good to know LEGO still considers BTTF within their licenses and products. That’s great. A few weeks, LEGO announced that Marty and Doc will be in the new series of Brickheadz. Fantastic! Brand new line, seems to be doing great, good for Marty and Doc. The problem? Like Cuusoo and Dimensions, Marty is wearing the same shirt, the red vest, the clear jeans… And Doc with his all white nuclear radiaton suit. This is the moment when two of my biggest passions clash. Is it possible for LEGO to consider even making different minifig designs for Marty and Doc? I understand they won’t choose other characters, but Marty and Doc are constantly changing outfits during the trilogy… Is it too hard to design a Western Marty? Or a 1955 Doc Brown? Why does Ghostbusters get the Firehouse and BTTF can’t get the Clock Tower? Once the BTTF Hardcore fan shuts up, the LEGO AFOL comes around and says that this may be truth, but LEGO may not be that interested in investing time and resources in a franchise that doesn’t pay off as much as others. That maybe, I should be grateful that LEGO is still making BTTF sets. Sorry for the length, but I really wanted to share this slight disappointment regarding the way LEGO worked the BTTF license. It’s kind of a weird feeling, but I can’t help thinking how much good LEGO can do with so little, an do justice to a fantastic franchise such as Back to the Future.
  12. The characters are great! Amazing wave coming up! The only negative thing is that there are no chances of seeing DC sets that include buildings. Is it much to ask for a Hall of Justice? A Watchtower? A Daily Planet? That´s something I really envy from Marvel sets.
  13. That's true! The new 52 Shazam would be great!
  14. I´m delighted to know Reverse Flash is finally coming along, but I still don´t understand why we still don´t have a Shazam minifigure, expect from the Comic-Con one, obviously.
