The Batwing came out in November, these Tumbler sets are rumoured to be coming out in October. There's still time, who knows maybe LEGO has a tighter grasp on leaks now? I saw AshnFlash's video and he gives the same perspective I and probably other members of the LEGO DC community have on the current situation:

Considering none of the CW series got sets I am going to say probably not. Comic tie-ins like 2016's SS is more likely.

If I remember correctly, that was one guy saying it didn’t sell well in 1 store out of all the stores in the world. Series 2 will either be out later in 2022 or 2023. If there is a series 2, which I believe there will be eventually.

We went from Steve Rogers Spidey to Sorcerer Supreme Spidey to Zombie Hunter Spidey. Man I love leak season.

Throg is a let down for me Croki on the other hand is exactly what I wanted. First minfigures I am picking up are Zombie Hunter Spider-Man and Vision. I am a sucker for dope looking capes.

Production starts 3 months before release. So very small window if they want to change it to 16. Although saying that, LEGO saw this coming before the public announcement so they would have a little extra time. It’s anyone’s guess now.
