  1. It's probably due to the new molds for the blasts and for Krypto
  2. Power cells, they can be attached to the mech as shown here- http://kastorskorner.com/wp/lego-reveals-2018-dc-superheroes-sets/hyperfocal-0-5/
  3. For Lex, I would suggest using the green or trans-green armour from Nexo Knights
  4. I see, thanks for the information but I doubt I'd get any support from Moderators due to my accusations here
  5. If I may ask- how are moderators/regulators normally appointed?
  6. So according to the descriptions the items the villains are holding are power cells for the mech. Also, the prison from the Lobo set can attach itself to the mech which sounds pretty cool
  7. Man, those figs are great! It's great they gave Cyborg and Batman their JL heads while WW gets the head from the Awesome Guide. It's even better they gave Flash a new head as well as giving him the New 52/Rebirth lines. Cyborg still looks pretty plain so I'll probably give his head, torso and hips to the 2015 fig. Still not a fan of Killer Frost's hair but there are other pieces available so it's no real issue. RF is near perfect although I still would've liked boots. Firestorm is equally impressive- it looks like I need another pair of Beach legs though. Aside from the torso, Lex looks fairly generic, I would've like to have seen his 2012 head again. Cheetah is pretty nice and it's good to finally get a minifig-sized WW villain. Lobo is awesome, that hair is a great choice I know a set of Space Police legs that would work nicely with him. Superman is Superman it's a shame that once again he's been left out of the wardrobe change. Krypto looks a tad large for me but at least the mold is nice. At first I wasn't feeling those blast piece but they look really nice on Jason. I like that Lex's Mech has an escape pod, feels very Luthor. Still not enamoured by the Frost Car but its just a side build and without we probably wouldn't have gotten the Frost minifig
  8. Yep, absolutely my thoughts
  9. Sets are cheaper which is good. I'm not a fan of that Frost but that might just be the hair. Disappointing most of these lack leg print but the Rebirth Bruce and Diana are nice and even without boots Thawne is great. Krypto looks a bit too big though as does the Space-Hog. My favourite builds are probably Cyborg's helicopter and Lex's Mech and my favourite figs are Diana, Bats and Thawne
  10. My apologies, that comment wasn't aimed at you specially and it certainly wasn't my intent to offend you. I just mean that while my comments have been replied to previously, they have often skimmed over key points. Even know, you highlighted a small segment of my passage and not the rest. This is what @AgentKallus of Hydra meant when he asked if you could see our points and what I meant when I said often points are being disregarded. I appreciate your job is hard but you shouldn't let it control or sour (like certain mods) in fact I'd be all too happy to take on the challenging task of a mod, in order to prove there are other ways, not better ways I know I'd never convince you of that, of running a forum, being stern, fair yet retaining the fun and friendship so many of us are after
  11. @Peppermint_M Not everyone. I'm just a guy trying to improve this site in anyway I can without overstepping my boundaries. I want people to feel happy here. This site was founded for a reason right? To unite Lego fans, not to divide them. To be honest, this is why I dislike this page. There are people here with legitimate complaints or suggestions only for the Mods to ignore or belittle them. This topic was made to address such issues not make excuses
  12. I know it's not my place to really say and that I know you mods tend to dislike being told how to do your jobs. That said I wish to suggest the installation of a voting system so that members can elect (or re-elect) moderators
  13. Indeed, however, Phosphorus is more likely to be the green @Tragic Banjo suggested. As Gentleman Ghost is a completely white fig (save for a transparent head) he fits the bill better,
  14. Really? I got a printless version out of those minifig makers at the Lego Store
  15. @Zergos They'd both look better using a leave-less hairpiece and I'd also use Scarlet Witch/Supergirl's red eyes for Dark Pheonix. That said, these are brilliant!
  16. There are a few exceptions though. Calendar Man and Poison Ivy had dual molded legs and arms respectively. Batgirl, Joker and Robin did as well but they're main characters so it makes sense
  17. Basically, it could go either way. We know we're getting Hugo in the CMF while Boomer, Egghead, Condiment King are in sets. There are two characters in the Harley set one of which appears to be Gentleman Ghost. That leaves Clock King, Killer Moth, Dr Phosphorus and Crazy Quilt unaccounted for but one of them is likely the mystery fig in the Harley set leaving the rest for the CMF. There are all possible accessories for them, although they wouldn't necessarily be included- Quilt could have scissors, Phosphorus a flame piece, Clock King could have some form of clock and Moth could have a recoloured gun from the Retro Spaceman. It depends on who the designers think would be more desirable for the average consumers
  18. I'd forgotten about that colour. Yeah, that's definitely the best choice we have.
  19. That would be the most logical response. I only ask as Penguin is definitely driving the Duckmobile. Maybe it was just a mistake though
  20. Yep, I don't know what's going on there. Do we know who's driving the Arctic Roller though?
  21. Of course that's possible but with 23 sets and two CMF series I can't imagine any villain or Justice Leaguer being ommited
  22. SvL said there was an all-white fig in the Harley set. That sounds like our undead friend to me
  23. I mean at least it was in the movie (in the background though). Aside from the Lowrider, Bane's truck and Scarecrow's van, the other vehicles didn't really do much either. Personally I don't think it's a bad design and it's at least another way to get c-list villains
  24. @Sir von Lego Sorry, forgot to ask earlier- Can you describe the driver in the Harley set? As in does he just look like a generic goon or may they be another villain character?
