Blegh, another Bat Vehicle D2C. Not even one I like, the Tumbler is just ugly imo. Year looks like another bust, and with The Batman being next year, I assume 2022 will be another Bat-fest with no room for anything else as well.

It's odd that they gave Jor-El a beard, because I don't remember the hologram having one in the movie. And he's based off the Marlon Brando version who didn't have a beard either -
Speaking of the Flying Fox, now that we've gotten some better looks at the real deal, the complaints about it's Lego counterparts' boxiness aren't really applicable. Even the real thing is a big box. http://imgur.com/a/sFCUy

Picked up all three sets today, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the Flying Fox. Innards are dull, but it looks awesome sitting on my shelf, and it's super sturdy.

Well color me surprised, I found out the Flying Fox does have an interior section that Minifigs can stand on. It's nothing spectacular, and the lack of back or closing front still hurts, but it does make it slightly better imo.

Ooh. I like the Lex and Lobo sets. Cyborg one is meh, but I will definitely grab Thawne at the very least. Though I think regular yellow would have fit him much better.

Seriously. And no closing the Batmobile bay either. Probably going to modify it.

Man, the Flying Fox has me really disappointed. No interior and no way to close it up, so say goodbye to putting the league in. Plus, what is with the yellow showing through the Batmobile? It looks really off.

Now that we've got a clearer picture, can someone tell me what the canopy pieces used in the Flying Fox are? I don't like the trans red color and would like to replace it with trans black or something.

That price per piece ratio on the Flying Fox is horrible. Wonder if the parts for Steppenwolf have anything to do with that. On the other hand, the Atlantis PPPR is the norm, and the Nightcrawler's is pretty good.

I just use a head with some scruff, and throw a plain white label sticker on top of the head before putting the cowl on. Would prefer to have real eyes, but at least gives him the stubble and gets rid of his bad tan. http://imgur.com/a/wnspj Anyway, when do you all think we'll get an official reveal of the JL sets? We're only about a month away, and they're showing up in catalogs.
