Wow, what an incredible MOC, renewjack! I'm especially amazed by the architecture of the tower and the way you used flat pieces to give it a "rounded" appearance.

I think you did pretty well with balance. (Although I only know what I saw from the sidelines) The only thing that really upset that balance were the resurrections, which like you said kept Shadows from having a great game. One of the things that really makes the game for a spectator is the roles, and I think some of the roles you included are extremely creative: Fugazi's "treacherous lover paranoid bodyguard" was a very nice twist, and Arjay's "Ninja Jack-of-All-Trades" role was undoubtedly the best in the game. I'm also a big fan of having three different night killers for the scum; it really shrouds a fog of mystery over night-kills in general. Ah, that explains that, then.

A wonderful conclusion to an awesome game, Hinck! Congratulations to the winners, you all played a fantastic game from what I can see, and you all deserve the win. I thoroughly enjoyed following this, even when activity slowed down during the later days. I have a load of questions about the game's mechanics, but I'm sure they'll all be answered soon enough.

Great handbook, Alopex! You've included most of the widely used roles (even a few of the not-so-widely used ones) in a very nice compilation. There are a couple more roles I would suggest adding, such as Jester and Cultist, but those are basically bastard roles when used in their normal states.

Today I bought six Series 2 minifigures (Lifeguard, Pharoah, Mexican, Surfer, Mime, Disco Stu) at this little toy store I found while I was in town. It's called The Learning Express, and it still had plenty of Series 2 in addition to Series 3 and 4. The rest of their LEGOs are a bit pricey, but the minifigures are at three dollars.
