Its a real shame the series isn't coming to the UK for a while. Europe should get it first because Lego originated in Europe. But it has to be shown in the states first I may be wrong about this, but UK fans may need to wait untill December 2012 for the series. Hero Factory premiered over here exactley a year after the US air date. This is just so annoying

Its the catapult controversy all over again We get the City one every year. Don't know why but it just seems to be better than the others. I like the way they're including larger models.

A few days ago, TLG announced that LEGO Universe will be closing on January 31st 2012. This follows the game not getting enough players to keep the game going. Despite the success of free to play, not enough players upgraded to full membership. From the LEGO Universe blog: This is very upsetting for my son as he loved the game. Many players are now gathering together to save the game, but there are many plans from the players to migrate to other games. I think, if they did release LU sets, the game would have a lot more players. Maybe there's still a chance for the game, as they are still advertising free to play. Along with the game closure, 115 jobs will be lost. LEGO will offer to find the employees new jobs, inside and outside of The LEGO Group. Its such a shame to close Lego Universe, but we don't want TLG going out of buisness now, do we?

At last a bear thats not Winney the Pooh. It looks amazing, the fact it can stand on its hind legs is gonna make kids want it. I really like the police copter. It reminds me of a Chinook or a Sea King. I also like the Caravan. Brings back so many memories of holiday's in West Wales.

Aww look at wittle Lloyd Garmydon! Although he isn't intimidating at all, he still looks great. I love how is torso has been painted to look like his father's. Has it been confirmed that he's a villan?

Attention all French fans of Lego! My son spotted the Black Pearl at TRU La Rochelle. A women brought it out by mistake, thinking it was the QAR. My son immediately asked how much it was. It was 129.99 Euros, a large price tag, but definately worth every penny. And let me tell you, the box art does not do the set justice. It is HUGE, very detailed, and quite accurate. Problem is, the stairs block the rear cannon holes. Quite annoying, but can be modified. If anyone sees this around, pick it up.

Is that Nya I can see in the spinner pick Well its a female face so it probably is Nya. Shame there's no green ninja yet, but from what i've heard, its coming in wave 2. About Lloyd Garmadon. I don't mind his name, as long as hes not the main villan. Its very good to see Garmadon isn't good, and the four arms look pretty good. Just remember, in the film, he says he will soon have enough power to possess the four weapons. Another thing is that there seems to be a very large wave for a second year of a action theme. Maybe, this points towards another year, or maybe longer.....

in my opinion, Alien Conquest was a very wise decision by TLG. It seems to sell very well, as on the first week the Cardiff TRU had them, the Alien Striker was out of stock. I think it replaces the other themes like Mars Mission and Space Police very well and hopefully it will last longer than the two. The aliens, well in a word, are just better. Although, I did quite like the look of the alien commander from MM. The humans, well, better. New moulds, better guns, look great. I actully liked the MM astronauts, but these guys are just a bit more realistic. As for spaceships and trucks and all that, we haven't seen many yet. But the ones existing certainly look great!

Call me crazy, but I actully like the Pearl the way it is. It seems a bit more.....Lego-y, which I think is great. The Megabl*ks one is no better, and most probably worse. The figure selection is great. I love that they are including Davy Jones and his crew and Jack and his crew. About there only being 3 people to man the ship. You are meant to get the other sets to build up a crew. Like the Island of Death to get Elizabeth Swann. Luckily, we already have that set. As for Jack not having his hat, the set is based off Dead man's chest, and if I remember correctly, Jack's hat flies off in the wind to another ship, where the Kraken eats the ship. Thats my opinion anyway.

This is amazing! I love the old school town sets and it kind of reminds me of LEGO Island. The Pizza place at the dock is great!

I would like to see Spider Man come back. The new film comes out next year so its possible. About Batman returning, I really hope it does. We only ever got 1 Batman set in our house hold. I would also like to see Doctor Who and Halo.

I love every single bit of this! It reminds me a lot of the mech from District 9. Aliens certainly shouldn't mess with this!

The new sets will be released mid-June. Wait....Thats this month! I will be taking my son to the Cardiff LEGO Store on the 22nd, so he may pick one up. The knight bus seems to appeal to him the most, then Hogwarts, then the FF.

My son has reedeemed his VIP points on the Battle pack, but it hasn't arrived yet. But what I do know is that the Chinese plastic quality is somewhat better than it used to be. NinjaGo spinner figs are a good example.

That is strange. My son had a similar problem with the 2007 Naboo fighter. I'd phone LEGO and ask them to replace it, or send the set back to where you got it and buy a new one.
