  1. I don't like it when someone makes a great version of something that I don't like very much! (I don't like the new Joker look.) Even so, it's beautiful work! I also think the eyes are a bit big, but overall the head looks very professional. I wonder if Lego will make a new head for the movie sets... The hair is great work too.
  2. That would be so annoying... It would be a crime and I heavily recommend anyone who has similar ideas to forget them. It just isn't worth the risk. In Australia the self checkouts have quite accurate scales so it wouldn't work for me anyway.
  3. They sold out for Australians months ago...
  4. Errr... me! Lots of times!
  5. It's arrived! I really want to assemble "Sunshine Home"... I may have to give it to her early!
  6. Yes you are right, and the Sandcrawler is probably the best example of this. However, I think Lego are being dolts and are giving the marketing people too much latitude. Besides, Lego called the new castle bad guys "Trolls warriors" and "Giant Trolls" and I'm sure most agree that it's a silly name. EDIT: Here's another reason to ignore the "definition" by Lego; it kind of kills the discussion as it makes the answer quite easy; "Whatever Lego labels as one!"
  7. Awww. she's such a pretty one. All she wants is some love... Mean sailors. Love it!
  8. Call me baised, but this could be your best work yet! It might even be better than Hinckley's Fabuland MOCs... The scenery is beautiful (especially the mushrooms!) and the integration of the rocks, Fabuland pieces and even the BURPs is masterful. You really are a true talent. I also love how you took the time to make an interior. However, four things mar it for me; The staircase: It's beautiful, yes, but it seems too big. I would have went for just a ladder considering the available room. I had the same problem with my Shouse. I had planned a far more detailed interior, but I just ran out of room due to my big head. Walrus: There isn't one. Walrus: You forgot the walrus. Walrus: I looked, but I can't find a walrus. Did he fall off? It is great to see that Fabuland lives on!
  9. Exact same story here. Nice offer, but I won't be making a special order for it. I've already got an order in the mail as it is! I don't know...
  10. Sadly I'll have to pass on these; $129.99 AUD for under 1000 pieces is out of my price range. It's a shame too as I thought they were good sets. Market Street was a much better deal.
  11. 8292 Cherry Picker. Not assembled yet though...

    Noobing...

Well, that's very honourable of you, but I personally can't see anything majorly wrong with your recent posts. But trying to post better is always appreciated just the same!
  13. I'd like to, but that's an option that we didn't buy.
  14. You can make money on that! I spent hours on mine and they were horrid.... I'll be keeping this in mind.
  15. The Bricklink price guide is your friend.
  16. It would be nice, but there really isn't enough interest on EB for that.
  17. Double topic...
  18. Welcome to Eurobricks! It's a great place!
  19. Welcome to Eurobricks! It's my new favourite!
  20. Oh! I'm glad that I read this now! Welcome to Eurobricks! Shame you can't discuss the job much, but I understand.
  21. Welcome to the increasingly inaccurate Eurobricks!
  22. Welcome to Eurobricks! Why would you do that!
  23. Welcome to Eurobricks! I used to listen to Metal when I was younger....
  24. Welcome! Great intro post too!
  25. Welcome to Eurobricks. We have a few customisers here now. Perhaps we should make a forum, just for them?
