    If this is indeed real, an arcade on the second floor would be nice

    IF they do end up doing a police station, I could see them adding a small donut shop like the BB did with the laundry mat. The size of that being probably 1/5 of the entire build and 4/5 to the jail. This would keep to the having multiple things in the modular not just dedicated to one building. Again just speculation/wishing
