Aw that's a really nice story! Good luck to you guys! I just ordered mine. With Tax, it was nearly $300 for me but I decided to go through with it. As to Just2Good's report about the Mr. Freeze figure, I am relieved to hear that my own report was wrong (I'd believe J2Good's information over my own any day) and I know a few people pointed out the potential ambiguity to the answer I received, and it appears they were right. I myself wasn't fully convinced either, I just thought that it might be worth bringing to people's attention.

Can anybody actually buy these yet? It's not working for me... I even got an email from Brickset telling me to use their link to place my order... To test it out I switched countries a bunch of times...United States doesn't seem to have the option...

Toy Fair exclusives aren't anything new. There was the Captain America and Iron Man figures in 2012 and I think there were some others along the way. I know LEGO's customer service has been somewhat unhelpful in the past, (although to be fair, I contacted them about the Comic Con Figures in 2011 and they did give me a far more direct answer) and like many of you are saying, it could pop up sometime in the future. However, what I was concerned about was me ordering the Classic Batcave online tomorrow and have it be an exclusive in March that can only be purchased with the Batcave (I believe there was a similar instance before). This message just makes me think that it'll be a more general promotion sometime down the line.

I'm new here so forgive me for any errors, (I've been following the DC rumors forums here for many years but I thought I'd finally make an account to report this) but I contacted LEGO regarding the Mr. Freeze polybag, and I was told it was in fact an NYCC exclusive. So I'd just go ahead and buy the set tomorrow. Speaking of which, is there anything special you have to do in order to do that? I usually don't have enough money on hand to buy D2C sets, so tomorrow is my first time taking advantage of the early access. I'm logged in to my VIP account, but on the Shop at Home page it still says "Coming Soon March 01." Tomorrow, if I go there is there just going to be an option to buy it?
