I just phoned the Rochester, New York store and they have all parts for this quarter's Pick a Model. The official names are "Black Airplane" and "Butterfly".

Windex (or equivalent) does wonders. We have a natural glass cleaner at our home and I mist the brick from 2 feet away so only a few drops hit. Then apply the sticker and it glides around so you can place it perfectly and remove bubbles. The cleaner then evaporates and does not change the glue.

I received this as a Christmas gift and had to build it right away. My only complaint is that it's tough to get minifigures on the gondolas and certain figures with big hair or headpieces don't fit. One solution would be to use short legs.
