Hi after long time finally I adding new photo from my progress on this project. My version is slightly adjusted due to control unit NXT. At the moment I have a viable only 9 wooden balls for testing so when I will receive new plastic balls I will add final video. Hi so I made some videos, hope that it will help you. And in terms of balls gripping mechanisms I think that trailing lines are not straight. Try to disconnect servo motor and move from left to right gripping mechanisms by hand. I have had this problem too trailing lines has been bend in the middle for about half hole towards motor.

I think that my set up runs smoothly. Without any major problems. I will make video how it runs a get you the link for YouTube once is done. At the mean time i would advice you to work in reverse, take it a part up to the point of problem worth to re-check,etc. I will look at mine if I have any problems.

I connected M-motor through 8 tooth gear moving 24 tooh clutch gear, and then on the transition gear worm screw with 2 bushes. From this arrangment I moving energy to another 8 tooth gear which at the end elevating platform for balls. For better understanding, images below. https://bricksafe.com/pages/drullph20

Christmas Challenge I would like to share with you some of my progress in building Ball Cleaner this will be is version controlled by NXT brick. I would like to share more images but as it goes this forum allows me to post it only 1 image with really shit size of 100k thanks for 2018.... This project is quite complex so I putted it together based on the images and videos which are published online. Currently my biggest challenge is missing section which is located at the end of the ball cleaner right under the bridge which is leading clean balls out, specifically part of the module where is located shock absorber which is pushing pneumatic cylinder, on which are attached tiles black and white colour and this tile are scanned by NXT light sensor. I think this device functioning as a electronic pressure sensor and I also think that this sensor switching on ball cleaner under right amount of pressure which is necessary for correct functioning of whole ball cleaner. From all the images and videos I can not build electronic pressure sensor exactly like Akiyuki therefore I can finish whole ball cleaner into functioning device without electronic pressure sensor so if anyone knows how to do it please let me know. This version in my humble opinion is similar up to 90%or more in terms of internal parts which are not visible on the images or videos . So having said that if anyone find it useful and need any support please do let me know I would be happy to send over more images. Like wise please if you know any solutions for electronic pressure sensor pass it over to me? In upcoming days i will be finishing connection of all tubes.... and then i will put in a place NXT brick after that I will be able create a program.
