Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Walter529a replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Yeah the bugle has looked like this in the comics, sometime kinda bland, but for the big D2C version of this iconic building, I personally would have preferred a more classic, antique style of arquitecture, at lease the facade. Maybe its just me, most people´s opinion here, (besides a few, from what I recall reading), really dig the look of it, but I don´t... -

Did the post say that? The one that becomes a Goblin, is actually Phil Urich, an anti-hero Goblin, and then the new HobGoblin... -

Its really different, the different Spider Symbols, being red with black, adding blue muscle details, plus the mask has a single web line from the top of the head to the chin, instead of the Inverted Y, most Spidey masks have, also the eyes, it is quite different speaking about classic Spider-Man costumes. -

If it is real, I much would have preferred it to be light tan, instead of light grey (unless the picture is distorted and the color is different) -

Besides the ever popular "need Leg Printing" and Rocket´s outfit being Dark Grey instead of Sand Blue, I would say yes. -

Are Wanda´s Power Burst pieces purple or pink?? Also I really hope they give a helmet if it is the armored version, having him without it, is a huge mistake... -

Looking at pictures of Thor holding Stormbreaker, standing straight from the ground, Stormbreaker doesn´t even reach Thor´s shoulders, The LEGO mod shown by "TobyAis" actually does reach the shoulders, so, yeah, it is more accurate size-wise using the branch piece. -

I use this one on the Infinity War Thor: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb0367&idColor=11#T=C&C=11 It uses a silverí-ish printing but I think it looks very nice with the kneeepads :) -

Hydro-Man might be a really good idea, even though the Bugle is most likely not based on the ´90s series, that show had Hydro-Man being in love with MJ, kidnapping her... -

Like others have said before, JJ´s Office, Standard offices, maybe for Robbie or Ben Urich, Printing Presses, Basement and/or Boiler Area. Well, there was a fight, but it was on the Tv Studio area of the building, may have misremembered, or thought about the PS1 game, where Spidey fights the Symbiotes [Bubblegum Baddies] on the Bugle and goes to the basement to fight a giant Mysterio... -

Her opinions on Marvel films [The first half as she says] might be pretty rare among LEGO Marvel fans, but its still her opinion… She even said she may not be the target audience for these [Legacy] sets… -

Wait… Bald Thanos in the Endgame Final Battle Set.. So is it the Bald Armor-Less Thanos from Infinity War or Helmet-Less Bald Thanos from Endgame??? Really hope its from Infinity War, I really don't want an Endgame Armored Thanos without helmet… -

Oh don´t get me wrong, I would love updated versions of the Tobey and Andrew suits, and they totally deserve those updates, but I don´t fell the ones LEGO did are all the way outdated...while the 2004 Spidey Suit may be a bit behind in terms of actual design the silver webbing still makes it stand out from the other Spidey minifgs. Andrew´s 2013 version really only needs dualmolded legs... I get the idea, but they still look great to this day imo. (even if the 2013 one is expensive as hell...) -

I guess its because (at least speaking for myself and maybe others can identify themselves) I have no interest on buying Helmets/heads, so including an exclusive figure would just make me bricklink the figure and not buy the set, which kinda defeats the purpose of including it there (Again, at least for me. People who like helmets/heads may disagree). -
Probably LEGO was split between making a new mold for his trident or making the classic trident in a new color…

Not really, looks more like an ATV than a Buggy, I guess you can consider it being it, even if it doesn´t look like it. Really wonder why LEGO neglects to do one of the few vehicles Spidey has (the 2019 4+ and the Venom Crawler Car don´t count...) -

Yeah, I know, my first comment about it noted that, (Big Time being called Ultimate). What confused me is why he reaffirmed what I had said before as an opinion. Since its what I said but it sounds like its a different Opinion/Argument... Sorry if it seems a little excesive, I´m really curious what he meant... -

Yeah I kinda get whay they were going for with "Peter Parker" Suit, but since the colors match exactly the Scarlet Spider and it has no logo on the front it loses all connections to the Homemade suit, at least Blazer and Tazer retained the original suits color distribution somewhat well, this one is just a combination that really doesn´t work IMO as a replacement of the Homemade suit. As for the Big Time suit, what do you mean in your opinion? it is the Big Time/Stealth Suit, do you mean by "Ultimate" the best Suit or some relation to the Comic, the Tv Show or Miles? (I really am curious) -

I get what you mean, but for the most part, all the main builds (Yes…Except Robbie) are stuff that doesn't relate to the core of the characters. And for the Characters being new versions of pre-existing villains. We have gotten so many uses of Venom, Carnage, Doc Ock and Green Goblin that its a bit insulting when there are so many villains not done. Comic Shocker, Classic Electro, Kingpin, Lizard, Morbius, Big Wheel (Ok that one's a joke, but it would be the one to actually need an oversized vehicle) and more.
