  1. Honestly, $80-$90 for 420 pieces doesn´t even come as a surprise to me, specially with the pricing on some sets outside the US, like the Iron Man 2 Inspired Armory being sold at $120 from LEGO themselves here in Mexico, these days I don´t even expect a fair price.
  2. I really wished it was an update to the Civil War Brickbuilt Figure instead of the most recent "Buildable" Figures they have released, I guess its just waiting for now...
  3. I think what he meant was a spiritual successor to that set, so a $10-15 set with the NWH Design Green Goblin and MJ with maybe the lamps as debris or something else as an allusion to that set. Very unlikely they would reference that set, but an interesting idea nonetheless
  4. To be fair, the past "Ultimate Universe Rhino" was Amazing Spider-Man 2 Based, and not very well executed. In the case that they were to make a proper Ultimate Rhino, besides the face being in the greyish tones, if done well, it could look really cool.
  5. The jacket One has a grey webbing pattern to match the Into The Spider-Verse design (even though the overall suit design and logos are different)
  6. Agreed, their overall goal seems to be for their sets to be aimed at their specific demographic instead of a broader approach, like sets with complex or interesting dioramas o settings in the "kids" line, I guess its more profitable this way?
  7. Don´t forget LEGO really likes to take minifg spaces with generic civillians...
  8. Man...they really went far trying to make Spidey´s jacket as different as possible from the Homecoming version...
  9. While its not too much, you can slightly pose the 2 hole cape. For characters with long hair or armor, the 1 hole cape is not a problem, but for others like Vision or Mysterio its not needed, its too lose...
  10. Yes and no, there was that Iron Man and Loki Juniors set which had the Mark 7 and the Avengers 2012 Loki, the Iron Man picture and Title in the corner ressembled the Modern Avengers Aseemble look, but the set was clearly based on the 2012 movie...
  11. Just realized that the Upgraded Suit is based from No Way Home instead of Far From Home, he lacks the black bars in the belt area...
  12. I think the "attention/dissatisfaction" in general terms now is that is missing paint, so part of the crown is in the same color as the hair, contrary to past pieces like the Wonder Woman Hair+Tiara combo where it was painted on all sides...
  13. Except the Hot Toys version also has the Skirt thing...
  14. Ok, that makes sense, but I bet that a kid seeing two or more (counting Monger and the $10) mechs in the shelf would get pretty boring right?, if the kid is really into mechs then ok, no arguments there, but not every kid is like that, and then if the kid hasn´t seen the show or doesn´t have Disney+ in the What If area.
  15. There´s also the Spider-Armor Mk3 and Velocity Suit.
  16. Definetely left, it would look even better with the War Machine helmet from the War Machine Buster
  17. Yeah, they´re using the 2018 HulkBuster Style of Leg Design, really wished they had used the 2020 Leg Design, it may be less accurate and Skinnier, but it looks much better imo.
  18. You´re right, I´ll probably try it when I get the set.
  19. Seeing the "Kids playing with the product" images, definitely normal red, and yes, those legs would be perfect, as well as red arms, as I feel the arms and hands all in dark blue makes them look too bland and simple...
  20. They really should have given her dual molded Legs (Basically the cmf series 16 Penguin Photographer) and red arms.
  21. Man...Why couldn´t the bigfig Thanos be all gold like the minifig instead of grey? (Not even boots like the 2016 one), all the minifig is missing is a shoulder armor and a better helmet.
  22. Putting Gamora, would have been better, since her Guardians 1 outfit (the blue and black one without sleeves) was never done, and she looked like that in Endgame....
  23. Its just LEGO´s tendency to be consistent in their Inconsistencies, since she had Pink Power blasts in the Civil War sets (which were at the time still inaccurate), like Rocket and Groot being the wrong color for several versions (until now that they have changed them). Wanda having the same brown hair, even though its gotten lighter in the movies and stuff. Black Widow having the same hair color in every MCU version (besides Infinity War). Some of these choices can be due to lack of an exact color of a piece, but then they change stuff out of nowhere, so, who knows.
  24. Its actually glow in the dark, at least from what the box kinda indicates I think...
  25. I guess it applies only to LEGO though, as Marvel legends did a Stan Lee figure like a year later or so after he died...
