Too too niche, even if it'd be cool. I honestly wouldn't mind if we got one or two niche franchises though.

How did it work last year? I remember there being a lot of trailers, did they announce all the franchises at E3 last year or was it just a few?

I always assumed MI was Minecraft. It probably isn't, but it just makes so much sense being in Lego Dimensions.

If you notice, the advertisement inside the Green Arrow pack is for a European promotion for the game (I think it uses the PEGI system for ratings or whatever it's called?) I assumed it was an E3 thing, but E3 isn't in EU, so maybe it's not exclusive?

Someone on Reddit is claiming that these are the properties that will be shown off at E3- Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, A-Team, Goonies, Teen Titans Go and Powerpuff Girls. I give a huge sigh to A-Team. I just feel like it really wouldn't add much to the game especially vs Adventure Time in terms of the powers you can give the characters, the literal figures and builds, and the in game stages and World. Part of me thinks it's cool because hey, Goonies and PPG, I'd take that, but on the other hand... Edit: Though I guess it's entirely possible we'd get both?

Yep! I think they wanted a way so that everyone only has to buy one game to experience years of fun.

There will be no new starter pack. TTL set out to make a game that would last 3 years through upgrading the game each year. There will be (as of now) no Lego Dimensions 1.0, 2.0, etc, only Lego Dimensions. So everything will always work.

Why not Bart... :'( But for real, I think we'll definitely get new dialogue for the major 3 characters. I doubt most of the characters will get any new dialogue unless they're featured within the story, which is possible for some of the characters.

Just wanted to say, as most of us know this leaked list came out quite a long time back now. Considering the content shown for Phase 2 looks like a drop in the bucket in comparison to what we got for Phase 1, I think these are just *partial* lists. So while Harry Potter only pops up twice here, I'd assume we'll be getting much more than that.

I'm not sure if we know 100%? Though I do think someone confirmed that it's new Ghostbusters (I'm sure they're regretting it since the movie is getting so much hate!) GooseBumps, man, that would be so cool. I can imagine an Adventure World with so many references to the classics... but the only problem is there really aren't many super iconic characters, though there are some iconic monsters from the show.

We're going to get way more than one new property, it wouldn't just be Star Wars. Also, Disney Infinity just wrapped up last week-ish and the Lego Dimensions announcement is going to (probably) be at E3 which is 4 weeks from now, so it's way too soon. I can see them adding stuff on further down the line. I'd love some Fun Packs for the harder to get Star Wars figures.

I think purely because that's when the game officially launched last year. Every September will be the start of a new Phase of Lego Dimensions. Just my guess.

Saturday gamestop is having a 40% off sale on all Fun Packs, and it's 40% off the new MSRP, so $7.19 total. Edit: US.

Gotta be totally fake, we already know the E3 promos are going to have gold bases. And not only that, there are no bases have no artwork on them.

It's 100% canceled. The developer is being shut down and Disney is leaving the video game market.

Disney doesn't own Harry Potter though :P I think it's greatly possible we'll see Star Wars and possibly some Disney content in the game. IMO we would get some kind of Disney "combination" world. Has there ever been a video game in which both Marvel and DC appeared together? It could be a first, but I'm iffy on that.

I'd love to see more any day now but with E3 in about a month I'm not holding my breath. Seems too likely. I'm going to preorder everything at the start this time, I don't want to miss out on stacking amazon discounts where people got all their fun packs for like $2.

I saw the new wave in stores today, so I'm guessing some people already have them. I was gonna buy Slimer, but I think this is the first wave in a long while where the fun packs aren't being released at half price, so I figure I'll wait til then.

I'll go out on a limb and say that I highly doubt that a low-key, not very popular show from Cartoon Network that was canceled years ago and no one ever talks about would appear in Lego Dimensions. Like, that pretty much makes no sense to me. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm not wrong.

Soon enough? Like before E3 in June, or like during E3? The anticipation is getting to me!

Target in Mount Vernon, NY put their box out. I got my remaining 10, and between my brother and friend they got another 20. So about half a box left in the store I think.
