I got the idea long before I joined on.A more specific way to describe it is... Lets say we're on the Y.O.C. forum. A selected group will inspect all the entries. Then they give out the different awards.[best Moc,Most Creativity,ect.] I don't mind if whoever is in charge of this stuff does it.So long as I get credit. P.S. It's kind of like the oscars and should be held on a certain date every year.
