I guess we are all struggling making the ball factory stable and consistent, let's share some of our ideas in making the factory run for more than 5 min. Please share your creative ideas.
Jonas, great development of the ball factory. Your model seems to run very smoothly, have you made any adjustments of the original model in terms of stability? I'm still trying to figure out how I can build my model more rigid. Additionally, do you have a brick list of the additional modules? It looks very good
Thanks

I'm currently building the ball factory and have some problems with the bucket shifter (side-to-side movement). The arm connected to the "L-shape connector" doesn't push strongly enough to make the full movement to the right, instead, friction make the arm to "jump" back in the end (the force is not strong enough). Do you have any suggestions to make the arm move more smoothly to push the bucket shifter side-to-side?
Blakbird, will the parts list for the Ball Factory be updated/changed in the first post after you review of the instruction? I'm thinking of building the ball factory in a white theme (where it make sense for the parts, e.g. not for technic parts where white is uncommon), could you please refer to the latest LDD file (corresponding to the latest parts list) so I will be able to change the theme colour to white? Maybe you have already tested to change the theme colour to white?
Many thanks
Deepy
$250 seems cheap for this build. I have a hard time with Brickefficiency (4 stores) to get a reasonable price for all the bricks needed to build the ball factory.
How did you find all the bricks and parts to build the Ball Factory? I'm trying to find some cheap sources at BrickLink but it all end up being very expansive. How much did you spend on bricks and parts to build the Ball Factory? Any suggestions?
