  8. I don't want the ventriloquist, mainly because everytime i looked at him i would get sad, because of the fact that his head juices are all drained down his kitchen floor boards....>_>

  10. so these are only available at gift shops at lego related places? that's a shame, i'm interested in these...
  11. i don't know, i'm getting more of a, 1960's cadillac vibe from it, not criticizing, just saying >_> it looks nice
  12. more words, from this topics infinitely wise creator. just a heads up, my project has been postponed due to lack of functioning camera, lack of funds, and lack of photoshop. i'll try to sort it out if anyone was interested in seeing it. but for now, it's on hiatus.
  13. here's a question for ya. why do the clones (at least in the spider droid) have fleshtone heads under the helmets? is lego giving them all jango fett clone faces or something...?
  14. no problem, i think manhunt can be defended against not being just violent for the sake of it. the stories in the game give a reason for the violence, and in the end, it seems justified. but yeah, the games were made to be ground breakingly violent, so i can't fault you for your worry. i do not intend to do any testicle ripping well, thanks for taking the time to discuss this, i really appreciate it.
  15. *lives in the US*
  16. Sinner, i don't mean to be rude, but you are sadly mis-informed about Manhunt. Manhunt 2 was labeled AO for no good reason, it was no more violent or brash than the original Manhunt, which was released, un-censored, with an M rating, with no problem or opposition. Manhunt 2 being deemed unfit by ratings boards has been pretty clearly a show of why ratings boards are inept and un-necessary in the first place. the ESRB admits to not having even played the game, they made their decision based on video samples alone. and in England it is very obvious that the game was singled out to make an example out of something to try and strengthen their own power and influence. it's really disgusting to see stuff like that. manhunt 1 was more twisted and graphic than manhunt 2 was, and it was completely uncensored and rated M right off the bat, as i mentioned. with that, i honestly don't believe you should be worried by my project at all, if it even comes to fruition. but as requested, i will be more than happy to run any images by you before i post them.
  17. Ok, a final word from me, in case any higher ups are still concerned about what i'm toying around with. if you know anything about the manhunt video games, you probably know that they can be very callous, and harsh. to make myself clear, i am not considering lego-izing that concept for pure shock or the thrill of graphic violence. i am doing it because i believe that doing lego in a style like that, in an artistic manner will be very rewarding and fun to do. so, if i do end up doing it, and it works out well, i will try to make everything as tasteful as possible to avoid any kind of possible offensive or hurtful material. despite how graphic or violent it may be. as i stated before, it would most likely not exceed the gore and violence seen in previously posted things, like the near entirety of the brick testament, which routinely featured dismemberment and pools of blood. the only difference will be the creative ways in which the violence happens. also of note, there will be little to no sexual content, cetainly nothing with nudity or sex acts, just references, which seem to be fine. ok, enough with my long winded post. just giving a heads up and some clarification. thanks for your time.
  18. where is that black suit torso from?
  19. um, yep, i think that about does it...
  20. Well, based on your reactions, i think i'm in the clear. the violence wouldn't really get any worse than that lego testament stuff, at least gore wise.
  21. nothing yet, just preliminary thoughts and ideas, it would basically amount to Lego Manhunt, i'm really just concerned not by the violence but by how blunt and dark that kind of scenario can be.
  22. are we allowed to post sexual, violent or otherwise crass lego scenes, as long as they aren't offensive or extreme? mainly concerned about violence, is excessive lego violence allowed here? or should things be kept PG for the most part?
