first thing i checked. it's not replaceable. the torso is made of two parts glued together. you can see it there : for those who are interested in these figures, there is also a similar set made by SY (sy290a) except the LED is located in the leg as on lego's figures. and you can find figures without LED on AE

mybrickstore reviewed a similar set from this brand : http://mybrickstore....rc-reactor.html my batman comes with an one piece head and the build quality seems a little beter that this iron man set
