I had the same thing happen with an 8402 Sports Car in Tesco in the UK. They were putting out returns, and I got a Helicopter + Limo for £6.99, and they put out this one sports car in a battered box. They put it in front of a load of seaplanes, and there was no price tag. I tried scanning it on a price checker, but it said to 'Please Contact a member of staff', so I did. They told me they no longer sold it, and took it off me, only to find last night, when I went back, it's back on the shelf, the very same one with the battered box!!!

Go right ahead, but doubt they'll take any notice now, as if there are going to be any more HP sets, A we would have heard of them by now and B they would already be at the production stage if they're coming with the game this Christmas. That could be new for next year, with a CG subtheme? as they tend to only use parts that only exist in physical form in those movies don't they? That said, they recently reintroduced the yellow CG torso to PAB, and with the last set in 2008 I can't see any other reason for them to have another manufacturing run that a reintroduction of the sets...

I've actually gone ahead and ordered my 18 at 2.51 GBP each from Lego. I'm just sore because until a couple of months ago they were on sale on PAB for 1.27 GBP. I did contact some BL sellers but none were willing to go below what Lego quoted...
