No, they are not. They use the suits from Rebooted (2014) and masks from 2012 and 2013. And I guess that the faces are the same too.

C´mon, I know the face is the main problem here, but you are not focusing on the main part of this figure: The ninja suit. I guessthe face is just a little extra they decided to add, but the suit is REALLY AWESOME plus we get leg print which isn´t accurate to the show, but it´s still cool

That is true I've never liked Kai's scars and I will not like Jay's eyepatch. Makes them look like gangsters or somethin'.

Now that Kai is having a scarless face, I could see very few possibilities of that happening

The Hageman brothers actually planned for Kai to have a scar in the show, but after seeing it, they thought he would look like an assassin or something not very kid friendly. By that time early 2012 wave was released so there were scarred faces all over the place. But yeah it's true they just waited a long time to put it in the sets, such as Misako, we have known her from 2012, but the first time she officially appeared was in 2015

Well, it actually does. We're getting new headprints for Cole and Jay this wave, so why not innovate Kai's? Plus, in the 2014 and 2015 waves we got new printing for Lloyd, Zane and Nya

You must watch Gravity Falls soon! There are anly two episodes left for the entire series. One that comes out tomorrow, on Disney XD and the last one, Weirdmaggedon part III that will be an hour-long special for the grand finale! As for its ending, I'm kinda sad, but happy that it's ending as a masterpiece and not as those long, crappy shows like Spongebob or Phineas and Ferb IMO.

Lego could still make some scooby-doo locations with the bad guys. The problem is, what now for the mystery gang?
