I was looking your new mannum town centre this morning and thought how this would look beside the new mannum. I know, I know you said this will be outskirts of the town with the ford dealership, but trying to make your mind change you could expand your town and put railtracks go behind the shopping centre. Plus put blue baseplates to areas where no tracks or road etc. Just hope :)
