Maybe because I love the Clone Wars series *wub* . And a new hairpiece is always welcome. The ship itself looks ok, not up to our AFOL expectations of course. It's mine *wub*! Just got my Luke today from TRU in in Merrilville, IN... ;-)! So here's some pictures and thoughts: Still in the packing with the box Pieces out in the fresh air Put together, ready for some serious Vader vacking >:-)! If you this close you're so dead!! It's yet another lovely maquette *wub*! The only downside is that the LEGO SW sign doesn't even resemble (ok, I've exagurating a bit :'-)) the ones from the other maquettes! Check out this one from the Blackhole Trooper compared with the Luke one: The Luke one is has a massproduced look over it with just a printing |-/ , the other has depth & a painting on it. Talked to a LEGO-rep from S@H yesterday here in the US, and he said that there won't be any more production of the 7666. The reason was that the deal with George Lucas only were for a certain number of sets. The rep didn't know how many though. This could be true because of the "Backorders accepted, will ship by 22 november 2007" that could be seen on S@H US/Canada before, when the qoute was filled that was that. So go and clean out your toyshops asap >:-) !! 10-4, over & On copmike
