  6. Put into the box in the storage room already, may do it for you later
  7. Day 16+n Change the cockpit to 30 degree + shorten the right mandible.
  8. Thx joe Still in the top plate stage, may do the landing gear later. Day 15 Thinner the right mandible, keep mod the top plate but no pic, sorry!, ( actually. I am not satisfied of the top plate) Day 16 Lower the centre circle more Day 16 Keep mod the top plate and the slope. ( more round shape)

  13. Thx to all reply. Yes, it just look like a small copy of 10179, Day 9 fine tune the top plate and joint
  14. I like it Day 7 fail Day 8
  15. I have no plan of this exercise. The pics of MF and 10179 is my main reference.
  16. have started to modify my MF for few days, just a draft of the outlook. Hope can finish before New Year day1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6
  17. The best new X-wing Lego I've seen!
  18. Maybe this pic can help: Not all the bricks are locking together with technic beam. Those color bricks are 1x1 technic brick with hole (only one is white) I use friction pin
  19. just do another little change to the door joint, top edge and the back
  20. I try to take more pics . 1) I shift the lower level's red technic brick out to hold the hinges, and I also do some support under it. 2) again, do some support from the upper level 3)except the orginal light brown axle in the front, I also use 3 long axle to lock all the things together. 4) when the wing open, the black circle parts will go very very very close to the other side's dark grey parts. It can also provide a supporting force 5) I also mod the lower part of the wing, it can let the shuttle stand in v shape.
  21. I have no problem of the wing stability. 1) add support at the bottom,, add some plate to support the red brick . 2) reinforce the support from the upper layer 3) use some long axle to hole all the parts together. But I am worry about the 2 lollipop joint may not strong enough. Yes, when the wing open, the lower part of the wing just touch the shuttle body, it can share some force Maybe I will take more photo late
  22. My v wing method shift the 2 red brick a little bit in the lower layer to hold the joints. Use the orginal L beans & add two 3 holes beams to reinforce
