About Me
ENGLISH
I'm a fan of LEGO and Technic and Mindstorms. I love the catalogs of all ages and types, as it summarizes perfectly the evolution of LEGO.
My blog www.blastem.es was created by the need to store the entire collection of scanned LEGO catalogs I have and I have sent colleagues from around the world.
I was born in Ponferrada in the beautiful region of El Bierzo. Since childhood I liked puzzles and construction games, particularly LEGO. Currently studying mechanical engineering.
Up to 14 years I had several sets of LEGO that would give me my family, especially my uncle at Christmas and birthdays. I always loved technic TECHNIC, the old dark blue box, especially models like the 8868, 8880, 8862 (which had a poster in my room), 8094, 8039 and many more. Before I have played a lot with Legoland , especially the 720 and 6396, and I only had two Technic sets, 8034 and 8830.
Then I had my dark ages in which I forgot the LEGO until 2009, in which one day I looked in my attic and I found all the boxes with sets had played as a child. A quick search link me to Hispalug and Bricklink ... and then ...
