LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours

The september CMF has to be Fortnite. When you look at the amount of skins revelead in the game with incredible detailing and lots of new moulds, it's almost clear it has to be a CMF. I just wonder how many figures it would contain because a dozen is clearly not enough. I think we could get a 20 minifigures in 2024 and another 20 in September 2025. (Or maybe even 24 but I'm not sure if it's not too much). -

The next series after series 25 will be something related to space but we don't have any further details. Probably it has something to do with the space branding that's on various sets of different themes releasing -

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 25. Rumors and discussion
Pop Star c o replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I understand that yellow skinned minifigure are a big part of LEGO idenity and at least some of the non-licensed figures should still remain yellow but to be honest, I think that CMF is one theme that I would actually like to see with skin tones. CMF is a theme that really benefits from being colorful and is also very innovative. The figures would also look a lot fancier if they had skin tones and especially the figures depicting various cultures would be better if they actually had more appropriate skin tones. Themes like City or Ninjago would still took better with yellow minifigs.- 574 replies

Please, promise me it will have more than a dozen figures!
-
Honestly, I don't mind at all what it turns out to be. I just really hope there'll be more than 12 figures.

But why make only one set, even an Icons one? It literally makes no sense! There's literally no other theme that's more suite for a full wave. They even made a full wave out of the Avatar movies.

It was definitely Goliath the whole time. I think the final minifigure will have two heads, one blue and one normal, as described in the list. By the way, Echo's hair isn't new. It's the same one Barbara Gordon minifigure used in The LEGO Batman Movie. -

I hope we'll get at least one series with more minifigures. Twelve is just too little In my opinion, the best option for the minifigure series theme would be the Lord of the Rings. But that one should have at least 20 minifigures to do justice to the franchise. Another one I'd love would be Doctor Who. -

Well, that's exactly what I don't want. I HATE seamless open worlds. One of the reasons why I love the existing LEGO HP games, is that it has Hogwarts, perfectly divided into rooms. It feels like I'm exploring the rooms. Man, this game is gonna be a really bad remake that will undo anything magical from the original. -

Man, this game is gonna be a disaster! The two HP games were arguably the best LEGO games ever made, along with LEGO Dimensions and it breaks my heart to hear that they're planning to make a bad remake of them. Yes, they had some flaws but I'm not stupid, I know they won't do it better. They will do it with voice lines, the Hogwarts will be just a one big area with the same boring corridors all over the place. The objects will have to be just violently destroyed, rather than feature funny and various forms of interactions. It will also have terrible level design, like Skywalker Saga, with little to no puzzles and just either simple smashing of enemies or just walking from one point to another. And the worst of all, it will desperately hinge on the movies and ignore any content from the books. I even have a problem with how the existing games follow the movies in the storyline but there are at least references to the books and also some playable characters. Like, no, thanks. I hope this game will end up being scrapped, like basically any other game they try to make nowadays. The only way they could actually make this game worth it would be if they would go by the books and ignore the movies at all (maybe, except for the soundtrack). -

The crime was not using a cape for most of new HP characters. Like, was this wave designed by Edna Mode, or what? -

Yes but now we have a lot of Wizarding World sets that are strictly based on HP movies that are a WW equivalent to Disney live-action remakes. That's why I don't have any new HP sets. I have the old HP sets and I'm happy. The original minifigures are much better and describe the characters better. -

Man, why? We haven't had a new IP for so long and we haven't had any game for two years before Skywalker Saga. We don't need another Batman game. I was hoping for something exciting like LEGO Disney but this only proves me that TT Games is not able to make anything exciting anymore. We had four DC Games. Everything was special because it brought something new and unique but I have no idea what new this one can bring. I have absolutely zero interest in this game unless it handles the idea in a new and original way. I would like to see a new, amazing LEGO TT game but I highly doubt it will ever happen.
