Well, time to update this. I was not very satisfied with my Arachnosaur and the Nailtail Dragon, so I took them apart and build from the parts the Dragon Tyrant:

My newest MOD: I replaced the gray torso with a black one and the metallic claws with black ones. And I attached the wings on his back, so it won't limit his articulation. The pics:
