As long as the mech resembles the member, it can be any size. The most striking design elements must be recognizable, for example the hammer and the mostly white color in your Hinckley mech. ;-)

OK, here are my creations: Ryu, a mercenary working for the Empire. Motto: "Mess with me and you are messing with THEM!! (His weapons ;-) ) The Necron Cyber Rocketeer: Motto: "Fly me to the other side!!" (A parody on the song "Fly me to the moon" X-D ) Fright Face, a bounty hunter with unknown allies. Motto: "Look into my eyes, baby!!" (Looking into his face blinds his Victims for the rest of their lifes. ;-) ) And Mortull, a clan mercenary. Motto: "Every assignment is worth doing as long as you gettin' dirty!!" What do you think? ;-)
