Surely they would, its a difference of opinion for sure, but not simply. I would with certentiy claim one of those two reasons why most (not all) people give it the low grade the gave, either, 1) the person still lacks a huge variation of relavism though, have not seen much, dont know much, dont have much to relate to on the low quality end at least. or 2) Do it in pure protest out of dissatisfaction of the result, which is not a new behaviour from some diehard fanboys/fangirls. cheers

Do we have any statistical geek here who would have a vague idea about the correlation between reveal time and wave satisfaction? Me for one reason I dont mind a bit late reveal is that we have to wait so long after to see some actual content. Im more kean to get some more info about the may sets aotm. -
Ah so you mean pieces in the smaug set rather than smaug himself? In that case I wont argue since I have no idea. But I think lego are general a bit stingy when it comes to new molds. They could just lose a few penies more to actually give more satisfaction to the consumers in that regard. Even in a big set like the Mos Eisley cantina they could have given us 3-4 new aliens with ny molded parta easily and still make a hefty profit. At least in my case just increase the set price a few euros, wouldnt matter too much when its already pretty expensive. Hope thet continue the Rivendell set up and make it a trend. Im sorry to say but its silly or even childish to give RoP that low rating from the audience, I do admit the errors in terms of staying true to the original story and such but there are tons of worthless content out there that get highee rating than RoP.

So many molded parts, especially animals/beasts and molded heads have only been in one set, nothing extreme about that.

Think the set looks fantastic, I think we should be more than satisfied with the amount of figures (however as an owner of all previous lotr figure, I would have wished for a few more new characters) as well as an more than amazing design. Although to expensive at the moment, and luckily enough Im totally uniterested in brickheadz so no need for the gwp and day one purchase.

I meant more like if we dont know whats coming this year, and we dont know for sure about the time frame for the barge, then it could likely be this year as well, probably a bit large for the may, but for september/october? S X-wing Remake. Fall: MBS Pentaki Would love if your prediction for 2023 and 2024 were true, 2025 I could skip and 2026 sound more like ragnarök than the battle of endor =/ -

Yepp! however it would be supercool if lego changed the design for a normal lego head placed the stud on the back, or they good make a bald headpiece with a ponytail on the back of it. Also what I forgot to say its that also just because o particular spiecis har used a standard lego head doesnt mean they will do that forever, look at the tusken raider for example. Also the case for the green character in SpongeBob. -

I get you, there are of course disadvantages of having molded heads in terms of configuratons and customing as well, but there are some molds that also have close to human heads like the ugnaught and maz kanata, so like you say, especially the Klaatoinians are in the border region. But mostly mr criticism of depicting niktos and weequays is that lego can release them without a headpiece, if they would have made an nice hairpiece instead of printing the hair on the torso it would had been much better, this printing hair is move that really disturbs me. -

Well there are a bunch of characters related to Jabba that coulde be made and most of them do not have lego molds: Who's Who in Jabba's Palace | Wookieepedia | Fandom Nikto, Weequays, Klatoonians in my opinions should have molded heads as well, they have to many things going on in their faces and on their heads to make normal head credible, but unfortunately lego wanted to save some money. Unfortunately its more likely that we will get the same amount of figures as the sand crawler, so around 14, if we are lucky. For my sake the more new, unused characters the better, but I know from experience that at least around half of them will be some old regulars. -

Have promobricks ever revealed anything fake? Not what I recall at least, so if they present a coming set on their site, im sure it will happen -
And the Star Wars UCS as well =) I only want fell beast and balrog molded, and that will never happen in a GWP, so I will rather go for some generic Rivendell high elven soldier

Sorry! Glad to share my pain ;)-

I just want a Balrog! A molded one! Then I can rest i peace!

What makes u sure its a new mold? More likely only a new print -
Is it even WB? I mean they made the movies sure, but the content rights have recently been bought by a Swedish company called Embracer group, so isnt it them that lego should deal with?
