  1. If the Infinity War pack coincides with or follows the December 1st Marvel releases, I can’t complain.
  2. I’m sure it’s speculation. Also @JosiahJVL the “comic-based” wave containing the Spider-mech is a December 1st release, per the press release with the set reveal. So we won’t have to wait until January for all of them! Still 3 months away however (a good 91 days at least, depending on where you are on the globe).
  3. “We don’t do that here.” (T’Challa) Egging on “leakers” and pressuring them to reveal information is kind of prude; if they gave in to yours and others’ demands, it could get their accounts and/or their sources in trouble. Patience is key in these matters, man. Trust me, I’m excited for the next wave too: Marvel is the sole theme that I collect, still being in college. And if it is really such a short time until they release, then it won’t be all that long if you do end up having to wait.
  4. Merchandising has been leaked for Captain Marvel, a few notebooks and what not. Nothing exceptional. Given the Aquaman set was released four and a half months out from the movie, and the Thor: Ragnarok and Doctor Strange sets were released three months ahead of their respective movies, I wouldn’t be surprised if a Captain Marvel set were part of the December wave rather than its own release in January. Any thoughts on this? I know Marvel (er, Disney) is more stringent when it comes to their merchandising.
  5. Brick Vault has a review up on YouTube. The head is shown bared at 3:25.
  6. Alright, ear to the ground.
  7. Great! I’ve got one not ten minutes down the road from my house! And a teacher’s discount to go with it! Any word on if they’ll retain the same release date/time frame? That’s be September 17-23 for Marvel.
  8. Hey guys! I know I haven’t posted in a while, but I have some unfortunate news from Lego. I decided to email them directly after seeing more instances of the Infinity War minifigures pack popping up. Here’s their response to my asking about distribution plans: ”Thanks for getting in touch with us. I’m sorry, but we aren’t making the minifigure set you are looking for anymore. It was a ToysRUs exclusive so other retailers would not be able to carry it. I hope one of our many new LEGO toys will inspire you. To take a look through the hundreds of toys we offer, go to shop.LEGO.com and see what catches your eye. You may be able to still find some older sets through different retailers or online shops. Keep in mind that these aren’t our websites so the LEGO Group isn’t responsible for their content, and the items they’re selling could be new or used. We appreciate your comments, so I'll be passing your interest in Marvel minifigures on to the design team. You never know, some of the old treasures might make a comeback! Please let us know if you need anything else. Kind regards, [S******a] LEGO® Service”
  9. @BlueberryWaffles Another question: what happened to the Style B poster for Iron man 3? The redditor has a physical copy, and that graphic was used for the DVD release, but I cannot find it anywhere else in a physical form.
  10. Thank you for the response! I concur that it’s pretty bad. I don’t know if I should be determined to get one or simply accept that I don’t really want it...
  11. Hey guys, I have a question about collecting Marvel merchandise. It may not be an easy answer, but does anyone know what the official poster for Spider-Man: Homecoming was? I have found plenty of posters identified as “teaser” and “advance” posters, but I haven’t found an original studio release of the “theatrical” poster. More importantly, was the official, cast shot poster put out in circulation?
  12. The MSRP was listed as "N/A" but the rumor is still $20
  13. Correct, I know it's been confirmed. But the numbers are up for anyone interested in tracking inventory over the next month to snag it early.
  14. Found 76109 on Brickseek under “LEGO Super Heroes Confidential_Ant-Man vehicle.” SKU: 624446583 UPC: 673419280945
  15. Just surprised that everything else is film-based and definitely in the movie, yet Supergiant is included while other comic-centric characters, say Adam warlock, aren’t in the DLC. I’m sure I’m reaching here, just wondered what everyone else thought.
  16. Another DLC reveal from Mario on IG. One of the few characters revealed in stills for the Infinity War DLC is Everything else: Thanos, the rest of the Black Order, Teen Groot, IW Hulkbuster...we’ve gotten all of them in the initial wave of Infinity War sets.
  17. I think the Bucky and Wong minifigures look particularly great. I’m really hoping that this is an indicator of a release coming up.
  18. @deemen Are you just missing Heroic Age Iron man and Bucky Barnes Captain America (2012 NYTF)?
  19. I have yet to buy a Lego Ideas set. This should change that!
  20. Yes, this is one of the best features from the entire wave.
  21. Has anyone noticed that in Peter Parker’s apartment the tech egg is on his computer desk? I noticed this while building. For a moment I second-guessed it.
  22. Is the blue outfit meant to more resemble his comic book counterpart (at least Bucky Barnes in the Captain America comics, not necessarily the Winter Soldier)?
  23. That’s kind of embarrassing. They had three years of solid referencing for this model
  24. My Sanctum Sanctorum was just delivered. I received both color and B&W prints of the Hulkbuster artwork, and neither one came folded!
  25. That is absolutely a name Peter Quill would give to it. I love it!
