Hi everybody,
I'd recently placed an order in bricklink.
After 3 weeks, I'd received the order but it's was incomplete. One set 8043 was short-shipped.
I've been trying to contact the seller but no respone so far .
Finally, I'd decided to file a claim in bricklink and then the order was cancel.
The thing is when I apply to get refund in resolution center, papal , they said that this type of claim is not eligible.
I'm pretty much confuse and really appreciate your help here in eurobrick, what should I do now ?
