It's not a bad looking box, good job. But it does look 2009 ish, not that it's a bad thing. Still after 2 years of black boxes it's cool that we'll be getting white for some diversity.

I love new box art, even though I was hoping Luke will be on it.

The biggest disappointment is that Poe is the same as in TFA! I know he's a pilot so his pilot suit makes sense, but Luke also was a pilot and had different outfits in the movies, but I guess Poe could still have some normal clothes. Finn still has Poe's jacket( didn't Kylo destroy it along with Finns spine?) but he now has white undershirt ( symbolic as he was wearing black Stormtrooper undershirt in TFA). Rey looks like she's still wearing her Resistance outfit from finale of TFA and has new hairstyle (new mold for her minifigure?).

Well it looks like Poe is still wearing his X-Wing pilot suit, Finn is still wearing Poe's jacket(wasn't it damaged by Kylo Ren?) but he now has white undershirt. Rey's look definitely looks more updated : new hair style, new outfit? Can't wait to see them as minifigures!

If they are different, that is a subtle difference, Lego definitely won't make changes for such a small design difference. And tbh even in OT Stormtroopers had a slight design difference in each of the films, so it's nothing special.

Is there a reason Lego decided to make just one UCS set instead of a smal line of 4-5 sets in different price ranges? As someone who missed out on 2011 line, I still don't have Jack Sparrow! And I'd love a cheap-ish set with him, because I don't really care about a gigantic pirate ship, and I'd rather spend 200$ on various other themes , plus I don't even have enough space for new ship. So I'm seriously disappointed in Lego's decision regarding sets for this line.

Delta also said that WW movie set is exclusive and exclusive sets are never shown at Toy Fairs. We'd be lucky to get some pics a few weeks before it hugest released.

And Gamora and Starlord both have exactly the same torso , despite the fact that they are different sex! Lego just couldn't print a few extra lines on Gamora minifigure apparently. Even though '14 version looked unique enough.

This WW minifigure definitely looks unique enough, and I'm happy we didn't get another Batman version since it's currently Batman overdose for me! But this raises questions where will Hal Jordan minifigure appear? Definitely not JL as he looks very comic booky, and not movie like. Maybe another DVD like someone mentioned before?

After seeing review on 76081 Milano vs Abelisk I noticed that battle suit Gamora minifigure is exactly the same as Starlord! No traditional curves that are usually present on female minifigures are present on that torso. So I'm dissapointed with official minifigure and want to make custom Gamora. Any suggestions on which existing female torso to use?

Ok but without giving too much away, is Garmadon only in one set with his Shark mech?

That's a very good set! I wish they released pics showing detachment function though, looks like it's gonna be difficult to detach as it's very bulky. Strange that is doesn't have Batwing attachment as it was rumored before, but then again Batwing was rumored to be 30$ but it turned out to be 90$. Minifigures are spectacular: Polka Dot Man, Alfred ,Wicked Witch and Monkeys. Ps after seeing Movie I'm surprised we are still missing a few C list bad guys: Crazy Quilt,Gentlemen Ghost, Clock King and Condiment King. They could have been easily included in Two- Face , Bane and Batwing sets!

March 1st , like the rest of the world. But sets usually start showing up in stores a week or 2 before official date.

Ninjas mechs and Lloyds dragon definitely look great, but generic bad guys in shark suits not so much. I'm surprised they didn't use skeletons or serpentine as generic bad guys, since it would be a nice homage to tv show, plus those minifigure were really cool! Ps Garmadons shark is great bild!

Keep both Movie and tv show discussion in this thread. No reason to split them, plus since there's no tv show sets in summer wave this thread will die pretty quickly. So keeping them together is better.

Teaser looks good I guess, but all ninja except for Nya still looks way too different! I hope Movie is good, but I can't get behind new designs for the ninja! If that's their minifigures design than I'll only be buying one set with Lord Garmadon, at least he looks good.

It's a completely different story set in Lego Movie Universe that has nothing to do with TV show. Some characters like Garmadon and Wu might have some similarities with tv show counterparts but other than that it's completely different universe. Personally I consider it "What If" universe.

Well the good thing is that Kai's hair will be made of plastic and not rubber like current one.

It's slightly off topic, but Lego Batman Movie currently sits at 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes!

Worst thing about Zeb minifigure is the fact they didn't include him in new Phantom! Overpriced 40$ set with only 2 minifigures and astromech, why not include updated Zeb with Faun legs( from Cmf series 15) ? And while I like new Kanan, he's blind! How can he pilot a starship? Force could help him fight with lightsaber, but not use electronic equipment and pilot ship! Zeb would be perfect for this set, especially since 40$ is way to much for 260 pcs and 2 minifigures, and adding Zeb woul make it way better deal.

Omg! First look at TLJ minifigures! Resistance fighter looks like a more detailed version of Battlepack one, and possibly Kelly Marie Trant character looks great, and is there a FO officer to the left? Ps Guavians head looks really good and Freemakers have new suits( who cares?).

Wow awesome find! Love Republic Tank, and that Clone trooper is definitely Phase 2, not Wolfe himself though.

Inquisitors TIE Advenced Prototype was very popular set and I barely saw it in stores when it first got released in 2015. But tbh most Rebels sets Lego made were pretty bad as sets! Ghost, Rebel Combat Cruiser, both Phantoms are not that great of a sets. Ghost isn't scaled that well( but that could be said about most starships. Combat Cruiser was just a horrible set: almost no interior, overpriced and 4 minifigures ( only one of them is good). If this set included updated Ezra(face with scar), included Zeb( who is the only main character who only appears in 1 set!), and Seventh Sister Inquisitor then it would be at least good even at that price point. Both Phantoms were made too small in order to fit on the Ghost, and can't even fit 2 minifigures! New Phantom is even worse as Lego already made Separatist Shuttle and it was much more accurate to the in-universe one. They could have used old one and improved it with modern play functions and techniques! Rex's AT-TE is good, but again overpriced and doesn't include many characters who played important part in the episodes. Tie Advanced Prototype and AT-DP are the only great Rebels sets Lego ever made. Both had good minifigures and builds were really good. Vaders Tie Advanced vs A-wing was an ok set, but overpriced and should have been sold separately. Ezra's Speeder Bike is also ok. So if Rebels sets aren't selling well , it's Lego's fault! Most Rebels sets they made were really bad, were either overpriced or didn't have enough minifigures. So it's not the problem with source material it's problem with Lego sets! Look at Rouge One sets for example: even Tie Striker the most overpriced one is a great build, and the rest of the wave is just phenomenal! Hope Lego will realize that and make more Rebels sets!
