  1. Abbot and Costello in Jack and the Beanstalk (not sure if that's the exact title)
  2. Apparently someone has to start a new thread entitled "Marvel Superheroes Discussion". I would do it but I'm a newbie.
  3. What exactly is regarded as the MCU? Is this just the recent Avengers movies and all the solo films connected to it? The latest X-men and Spidey movies aren't included, right?
  4. I also think that it's Red Sonja.
  5. I don't understand this comment. Deadpool was created in the comic book New Mutants issue 98.
  6. I could see Daredevil being put into a Spider-man set. Lego Spider-man is Marvel's Lego Bat-man.
  7. I know I'm entering this discussion a bit late but I just recently found Eurobricks. I'll start off by saying that I am a fan of TBBT but not a fan of this set. I was very disappointed with the minifigures. The only one I think looks spot on is Raj. If you put a picture of the Penny minifigure by itself and didn't tell anyone who it was supposed to be no one would be able to tell who it was. Now my main reason for posting. I do not understand why so many people think this show is slamming nerds. I don't consider myself a nerd as in the Revenge of the Nerds sense, but these have been my interests for the past 44 years (in no particular order): Star Wars. Raiders of the Lost Ark. Blade Runner. Harrison Ford is my favorite actor so just about every movie he's been in. Marvel and DC superheroes. Conan the Barbarian. Magic the Gathering. Pokemon. Yu-Gi-Oh. Lord of the Rings. Hero Clix. Mage Knight. Muppets. Looney Tunes. Stephen King. Edgar Allen Poe. Charles Dickens. Disney. Frank Frazetta. Monster Rancher. SCI FI, Fantasy and Horror in general. Classic Monsters. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Musicals. A million other nerdy things! I've collected toys, comic books, trading cards, T-shirts, drinking glasses, books, sheets, videos, soundtracks, sneakers, lunchboxes, Happy Meal boxes, plates, figurines, posters, breakfast cereal boxes and a million other nerdy things based on the above catagories. I was pretty much a loner in school and could probably still be considered one today (especially by me). I had to put up with bullies, and sometimes still do. I play with LEGO! I'm a nerd and if you're reading this because you play with LEGO, you are too! I don't think The Big Bang Theory is slamming the people who are into all of these things. I relate to the show because the characters are people who are into the same things I have always been into and act the same way I or some of the people I've known have in real life. It's about being able to laugh at yourself and the people you're playing D&D with. There's a lot more I could say about what's been said in this thread but as I mentioned earlier I know I'm entering this conversation a little late so I'll refrain. I will end by saying that I feel that LEGO should not accept another idea from someone who has already had one of their ideas created by LEGO. Actually, I will end by saying that I was more impressed with the popular Golden Girls idea than this BBT set.
  8. I'm 44 and I just started collecting Lego hardcore five years ago.
  9. I'm still wondering if this is really what the final product will look like or is it just a CGI so the bird can pose? The egg might not even be a real LEGO element but just a part of the "cartoon's" image.
  10. This was a really cool link! Very interesting to see how they come up with designs. I want a minifigure wearing a wolf head! More AFOLs probably would have gotten into Chima if they had gone with these original concepts.
