exactley thanx for explaining stuf and youre point The box can have 6x1,5 cels so the box say's max 9 volts. Someone told me here on the forum that in some specification would say max 10,5 volts . The P.F system tels me:I work on 11,1 also. Maybe it stops there but i think... (not gonna try)It will keep ok up to 12volts. Dont need it tough its good as it is now. Besides its onley 0.6 volts more than the 10,5! I made the post here not to let evereyone change their setup. Just im the brainiac to try for now so you dont have to lose a engine or reciver when going wrong. If all went well than you might considder the use of my idea. I think i hit a good way to upgrade the powerfunktions without open them up or demolich something. But still in test phase. The wheelloader is almost done and will go on a li-po aswel.

many people saying it cant well i have it a while now and noting happens no heat no melting no smoke just happy playing on and on and recivers cost maybey 15/20 euro nice to try things if it dies no prob store is close by :D for the dutch under us im also on low lug (dutch) there i can get into a discusion here its a bit difficult for me btw im not discus i just show it can be don nice buildings you got

hello no sorry im a noob about that i just put it together and it works great i dont do things i wouldnt do when playing so no on and of sevral times im not going to search the end of the pf i realy belive that i would work with 12v also even the recivers (not going to try its fine like it is now)

:D played for some hours now still no probs on recivers or motors just smooth running if prob comes i will post it here 11,1 is onley 0,6v more than 10,5 not a big isseu for lego :D

no im a 31 year dutch self employd Ship mechanic didnt like school verry much coudent keep mine mind to it now they call it ADHD :S i can talk it but writing it is hard also strugeling in dutch some times :S im better of with a diesel engine or lego ill ask my wife to type for me :P greetz

i heard that too but stil i tridet it hoped that there would be no probs and it seems to do fine plus datasheet dont tel the exact limit it is keepen people away of trying if they read 10.5 and the lego pf wont break down they are not gonna tell you that if you put 11,1 v on them they work fine also but it may break easyer

i heard about that so i experiment first i use it for a while now and no probs yet befor using the oil there were breaking gears now i use the oil no more breaking:D

hello sorry for the bad english i agree no prolonged but when using the 8043 it are short times 1 engine boom up then another engine takes over and the other has a rest period for some seconds and im lower than 12 im on 11,1 :P u use castrol 2-stroke oil or afterun oil from tornado

youre right about that but(with the same resistance ) i also use oil to create less resistance the grease they put in on the factory is working onley a short time think of a gearbox in a car there is oil all the time if they would use grease the car would drive not for long so i do something on the one side but also on the other side i try to balans that i wil make some pict when oiling a engine my englis is crappy i know sorry for that

hello all its possible to power up your pf engins bij using a lipo 11,1v i bought a lippo batt for 10 euro the lego 8858 i believe is much expensiver and lower voltage the size is a bit longer but lower and tighter i use the 11,1v in the 8043 watch the improvment! thnx to jurgen k and buffalo

hello i have a li-po 11,1v 2200 accu pack on my 8043 with desing from jurgen! big thanx for instruktions! works verry smooth now strong and fast! u use 2 stroke oil from castrol to grease the gears and la's even the old la works fine with castrol!! some drops on the top of la and pull them in and out some thimes till the oil comes in the la

here some watch stuff i also closed it up a bit to make it look nicer the inside desing from jurgen krooshoop electric tips to weld the stuf togetter thanx to Buffalo also on this forum it plays verry well now! incredibel stong now thnx to this forum it is a sucses!
