Over here in the UK, it is aired on Nickelodeon and Nick Toons, but I only watch it with my youngest child, who is 5 years old at the moment. Lord Embo

As far as I know, no, you did not. But there should be Geonosians in this set because, after all, all other sets called the Battle of ______ include at least 1 member of the planet's main native species. It seems that this set is the exception to this rule. If you refer to one of my posts on the previous page, I said I don't think it feels right to buy Lego off second-hand stores or websites. *EDIT* 40th post! Lord Embo

I don't mind getting Rex in this set; I missed the last one he came in as I could never find it because it was so popular. However, I see your point about new figures for 2011 as well, but it is nice for those of us who couldn't afford or find the AT-TE to be able to get hm in a much cheaper set. Lord Embo

I'm guessing that you don't like the look of something in The Battle For Geonosis and wanted it to be changed before it is officially released. If this is the case, what did you want to be changed? Lord Embo

How do you know that? Lord Embo

Thanks. Yeah, you're right, that would work with the arena creatures as each of them were meant to kill Anakin, Obi Wan and Padme. Lord Embo

Some more licenses I want to see: GI Joe, mainly based off the new movie but some sets based on the old series. Top Gear, it is a popular TV show and will hit its 15th series next year. It could work as a subtheme for Racers, with cars that appeared on their show and Top Gear Challenges as larger sets. Lord Embo

How about brick-built creature sets in a similar style to creator sets? They could come with parts to build the beast and a minifig or 2 that has some involvement with it as well! For example: The Rancor with Malakili minifig. The Zillo Beast with Doge Nakha Urus(new mould, not like Sebulba's) minifig. Bantha with 1 Tusken Raider minifig. Lord Embo

The pictures are so good! If only Lego didn't use CG images for set boxes... Lord Embo

I can't tell that well, but it appears to be a regular one, I'm afraid. However, a rocket arm one would be sweet; it is about time TLG put them in another set! I agree. I just have a really nice feeling inside me when I go to the shop and buy a Lego set. I don't know how to describe it, though it makes me feel like I've done something really good to help the world or like a great sense of achievement. Generally, I don't like using BrickLink because shipping from there is too expensive for a UK resident like myself, because older figs can often be as expensive as the set that they come in was in shops and it just doesn't seem proper to use it, Ebay or Amazon to buy sets; I never get my nice feeling when I use BrickLink. One aspect of BrickLink that is good is that you can get old sets that are usually ridiculously expensive elsewhere for a price closer to the set's retail price. Only when I buy one of those sets on Ebay, BrickLink or Amazon do I get that nice feeling inside me. Lord Embo

You do realise Lego is aimed at kids, don't you? Idea! Lego could be split into an adult's collection exclusively for adults and with adult themes(like CoD) and also a children's collection with all the themes aimed mainly at children in. The we could finally see some adult stuff, like Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, Grand Theft Auto and even Left for Dead! Lord Embo

Yes, it is, but it is the worst and most ridiculous TV show that could ever be shown on Nickelodeon! Besides, it would cost a lot more to license because there are a lot of Marvel Superheroes and Villains in the show that could have their series' licensed for a fraction of the price this would cost to license. There is absolutely no point in TLG even considering this.

Do you think we'll get a Lego LotR or Lego Hobbit brand?
Lord Embo replied to Dollar Bill's topic in LEGO Licensed
Wrong. They paused production for HP sets until this year in 2007 because TLG didn't believe there was enough in OotP to make good sets with(excluding Hogwarts castle). Besides, everything we could ever need for LotR(almost) is already available in Castle and Kingdoms sets. There is no chance of this happening for that very reason! Lord Embo -
Some more ideas: James Bond, what with all the iconic moments and well over 20 films to get ideas from, this will happen eventually, but when? Skulduggery Pleasant, the books are brilliant and there wouldn't be many new moulds needed, but there would be a few. Doctor Who, probably one of the most popular TV shows of all time, this would be a very good theme, but would be quite expensive to buy the sets as the monsters might be brick-built. Hopefully not. On another note, I can't wait for Lego PotC to arrive, especially a Black Pearl or Flying Dutchman set. How TLG will make Davy Jones is beyond me, but oh well. Roll on 2011! Lord Embo

Sorry. I know you know that, but I didn't know you were the only one posting there. You ideas were good though and do seem quite realistic for TLG to look into. Lord Embo

Who isn't excited about Embo? If he and Bane would only team up, who knows what they could achieve. I can only wish that Clone Wars Season 3 provides the answer. Wishlists belong in the Future Star Wars sets topic, though peoples' ideas may have been mentioned by others. After all, it is over 80 pages long now and will probably reach 100 before or by Christmas, Lord Embo

Another good point, one I foolishly overlooked. Thanks for that information too; it should prove useful. Lord Embo

Of course! My username, after all, is inspired from him. Besides, I hadn't even been born when the OT arrived, so I know most about the PT. Lord Embo

Good call. The only way 2011 could really best 2009 that I can think of without any real issues is if TLG make a Bantha! But, Embo's inclusion in a set next year might, based on the minifig's quality, make me think otherwise. Lord Embo
-
I see your point. Besides, these prices may still change before the day of their release, so we really don't know for sure about the prices in any currency. Lord Embo
-
Hooray! Thanks for this, though I know for a fact you've made one mistake: the T6 Jedi Shuttle is, according to Brickipedia, £59.99 GBP. That seems far more reasonable to me than £79.99 GBP does. Lord Embo
-
True. But remember, they're only rumours as of yet, nothing is confirmed. Some of his list does sound exciting, though Master Windu's was so fake! Lord Embo

Thanks for the information. My wallet best be prepared. Anywho, back on topic. I'm glad lego is making a new Luminara, too bad Quinlan Vos isn't going to be released though. This wave is looking good. I wonder when we'll know about next year's Summer sets? Lord Embo

Some are, like the T6 and the V-Wing, but I really need to know the others so I know how much money to save up. Lord Embo

Prices in GBP, please? Lord Embo
