These aren't really considered bootlegs since they're actually officially licensed, but I'll post them anyways since some people might be interested. The Star Diamond company made some Kung Fu Panda sets. I bought a couple of them with low expectations, and they were a little better then I was expecting. The large base plates were slightly warped, which is common with most imitation Lego brands, but if you can build with some patience it holds together okay when it's done. Also one of the Po's from a set had a slightly loose arm, but he can still hold it up, even when holding his staff. Found some odd stuff on Aliexpress today. Just a warning this is gonna be a long post. Apparently LEBQ made Ted 2 minifigs... LEBQ's quality may suck, but at least their not afraid to try something different like some of the bigger brands are.

I don't mind buying original sets with exclusive figs like that Bruce Banner mech, but when they release a Lego cloned set with some random extra character that doesn't even match the theme it just feels like cheating to me. Hopefully someone else makes these figs, or SY decides to release them separately as well. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think Pogo have ever done any big figs, so I wouldn't get your hopes up with them. That leaves Xinh and DLP/KF who I think have only done Hulks, but that doesn't mean thy can't do others. Decool seems to be making a slow comeback, and they've done several big figs, so there could be a chance with them.

I ran across these Kazi Spider-man sets on Aliexpress the other day. I actually bought these a few years ago on eBay before this whole bootleg craze even got started. I remember thinking back then that with all of the Lego knock off companies out there, why aren't more of them doing their own superhero sets like this, there would definitely be a good market for it... Back then there was like a handful of lesser known companies doing fake Spider-mans, but Kazi was the only one I saw doing another character, even though he's kind of a made up Green Goblin/Doc Ock hybrid. Now there's almost more bootleg superhero companies than I can keep track of, and the amount of stuff we've gotten is way more than I would have expected back then.

If you really wanted to you could probably say that Xinh's Baron Zemo is the original Heinrich Zemo, and Pogo's is his son Helmut Zemo, since Pogo went with a more modern looking design and Xinh used a classical one.

Actually I was thinking that maybe the reason Dargo cancelled all those figures was because Xinh or Pogo stole their main designers. As far as I know they haven't released anything original since then, just a bunch of Lego clones.

I just assumed it was deadpool without his suit, and I'm not not finding any images Watari on Google without his hat and kimono, so I'm not sure I'm convinced its him yet. The closed thing I can find for that wolverine is Wolverinepool, but the costume isn't even close.

It's not necessarily the Disk Wars version, Hank Pym and Raz Malhotra have both worn that version of the Giant Man suit in the comics.

Apparently Leo made this minifigure box set (#5004077) available as a Target store exclusive late last year. It contained DC Comic's Lightning Lad, along with Ninjago Kai, Chima Sir Fangar, and a City Scuba Diver. Lego released Superboy in a set like this, and then SY gave us a Young Justice set. Maybe this time we could a get Legion of Superheroes set? It would make sense since Lego also plans to release Cosmic Boy as a DVD exclusive.

It looks like they were based on Lego's Rhino mech from Amazing Spider-Man 2 It's kinda weird that we're getting those when as far as I know no bootleggers have done this version of Rhino yet.

Has anyone ever gotten any MOC sets off Aliexpress? I'm thinking about getting this RoboCop mech, it's too bad there's no RoboCop minifigs though... I also kinda like this Iron Man computer console, and there's a few really cool looking batmobile variants, although some of the prices on those seem a little high.

It must have been nearly a 2 month wait between the time that I first saw pics of Dargo's Iron Man set, and the time that they were actually released. Hopefully this doesn't become Dargo's standard wait time for new stuff. In the mean time they're just give other brands the opportunity to swoop in an beat them to it. I think they were one of the first brands to release Ant Man knockoff pics, and we've already had a few brands release those. SY has already released the new Spider-Man minifigs, and Xinh managed to release Heatwave before them. I have transparent minifigs as much as the next guy, but maybe it won't be so bad for blue Bulk, since it's based off the time he got the powers of Captain Universe.

I'm glad that they're making Bruce Banner, but it would have been cool if they had made a mech suit for big fig Hulk. On an unrelated note, If you don't want to wait for the Dargo version, you can get a Heatwave minifig from this XINH set. I'm not sure what their quality is like though...
